Distinct lack of care and compassion from senior managers, lack of communication appears to be a lack of support to the carers community. Senior managers will not communicate with family. Too many agency staff resulting in continuity of care lacking.

My sister and myself would like to thank all the staff at the Beeches care home involved in making today's jubilee party such a lovely memorable afternoon. My mother enjoyed the music, sitting in the sunshine and being part of this lovely occasion. The beautiful buffet along with the bucks fizz (which my mother also enjoyed) all helped to add to the party atmosphere. I would also like to thank the staff who were there helping out, even though it was their day off. Thank you all.

I am very happy with my sister's treatment. The staff are always courteous and friendly and the management are very helpful and friendly, also. My sister has no capacity now and I feel that I have no worries at all about her welfare.

I have been overwhelmed by the standard of care, along with everything else at this home. I never expected nursing homes to be like this. I've been impressed.

Excellent care shown to my mother from all staff with no exceptions. Any queries are always dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I would recommend the Beeches nursing home to anyone. My mother settled in straight away, thanks to the caring, friendly staff who are her friends and family now. The food and activities are marvellous and nothing is too much trouble.

All of the staff have been very helpful. They are all very pleasant and very happy to let you know what is going on. I could not ask for more and would recommend the Beeches to anyone.

My husband was accepted into care in February 2022. As it is only a short time, I can't comment on his care - only to say that he is being cared for as I would like him to be.

The care received by my mother since moving in, in February 2020 has been excellent. I have felt informed and involved in all aspects of her care. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable and cared for. All the worry I felt has gone, and I am able to spend time (restrictions permitting) with my mother, knowing her care needs are being taken care of. My mother's care needs have increased, but the staff have responded well to these changes.

I recommend this care provider as they are very helpful and understanding. The staff at the care home have looked after my uncle very well and also keeping in contact about his health and wellbeing.

My review is, The Beeches you can't fault it. The staff are superb, and nothing is too much for them.

We wish we could give an even higher rating. During the time my husband has been in The Beeches, the care given to him and his family has been second to none. During the last few weeks of his life, the devotion and care towards meeting every aspect of his needs and comfort has been exemplary. The staff have worked tirelessly throughout, and have been so professional and loving. We cannot thank them enough.

Friendly staff, pleasant surroundings. Not like going to a home. Would recommend to others. Good care of my husband for 5 months.

Very pleased with how well my mother is looked after. Whatever time I come to visit my mother the home is always consistently the same. All staff are very friendly and do a very good job. It is important for me to know that my mother is safe and well looked after and she knows that herself.

Having been a police officer for 32 years in the Glamorgan and South Wales Constabularies, having worked with social services and other public bodies. My wife is a patient in The Beeches Care Home and I visit her for 3 hours every day and come in to close contact with the staff and a lot of the patients. I am very impressed with all the services.

Really good home, very clean and tidy, my Mother is well cared for. Staff are most attentive and extremely kind to residents and families.
