It is always a pleasure to come to Brynfield The staff are excellent, kind friendly and very helpful. The residents are very well cared for by all including the domestic staff in this review.

My Nana has done nothing but thrive since joining Brynfield. She is well cared for and always presented immaculately. Any issues raised (such as missing glasses) are resolved swiftly and communication about her changing health needs is excellent. As a care home manager myself, I was apprehensive about her moving into a residential home, however I needn't have had any concerns. The staff are attentive and caring and I am really thrilled with the care she receives.

Very pleased with the care my mum gets. All the staff are lovely and attentive. Nice to see the activities they do with all the residents and to see on social media.

Always clean and tidy. Residents are always well turned out and happy. Staff are always happy and very caring. Couldn't wish for a better place for my aunt to be. Food is outstanding.

The home is a warm and caring atmosphere. Mum is cared for very well and is happy. Staff are brilliant and very attentive. Mum could not be anywhere better.

My mum and dad have been in Brynfield Manor Nursing & Residential Care Home for three weeks now and the care and attention they have received has been excellent. The staff are all very kind and do their best for all their residents.

We were with our friend here for only a few days. The care he received was outstanding - every member of staff we met were so lovely, they also looked after us also. Just a huge thank you to all the staff. Thank you to all staff you made a very hard time easier.

My experience with the Brynfield Manor Nursing & Residential Care Home has always been a happy and joyous one. The secret is the staff. They are always courteous and smiling - it cheers you up just to walk through the door. I always feel at peace when I leave my husband because I know he is receiving the best of care.

Brynfield Manor Nursing & Residential Care Home took such great care of my aunt. Our family was very grateful for her care. She was treated with great dignity by all the members of staff and the home has excellent facilities in every respect and has a full nursing/care capability. Visitors are always welcome with the ability to sit outside with residents and view Langland Bay. I would have no hesitation in recommending it as a loving nursing home.

I would like to thank the staff for looking after my mam while she was with you at Brynfield, thanks to all the carers the girls and the boys they are all so patient and very obliging they are an asset to your nursing home, mam was always very clean her room was lovely the food excellent, so please thank them on my behalf and also thanks to her care team.
