Excellent, my cousin has been here for over a year. Nothing but the best for her. Staff are kind and considerate at all times.

The care my Mum receives at Peniel Green is second to none. The residents are treated with the utmost respect and every carer is incredible. The home provides a huge range of activities which provide something for everyone. Family members are able to join in and visit any tie they wish. I honestly cannot fault any aspect of care here, everything is very happy. I am so happy that my Mum is a resident at Peniel Green, it has given me back my relationship with her.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and they are very caring towards my Mother so I know that she is well looked after and safe which is a comfort.

Very happy indeed with the care, attitude and knowledge of the staff. Whether talking on the phone, or face-to-face, the staff in their various roles provided us with their honest assessments. Observing how individual members of staff dealt with different individuals, not just our relative, was very striking..... it was always the resident and their issue-in-the-moment who came first, and not us as visitors-watching-on; there was no show put on for us, in other words...... residents were always being re-assured, challenged where appropriate, and dealt with positivity, a sense of proportion and humour. How they all have the spirit and energy to do this amazes me. Since being in Peniel Green, my relative has improved in both physical and mental health.... the staff show a gentle yet determined approach to keep his personality welfare developing on an improving path.

My mum and our family have been made so welcome. The staff and facilities are fantastic. It's a real home from home. We cannot fault the level of care my mum has received. The staff go above what is expected. My mum is so happy and relaxed, and that's what it's about. Her needs, physically and mentally, are being met. It's a pleasure to visit her.

My aunt has been a resident for over a year, and has benefitted enormously from the care and support she receives every day. The staff are excellent and very patient. I see only kindness and reassurance every time I visit (2/3 times a week(. A recent trip to the pantomime showed the effort that the staff make to give all residents the chance to get out on trips, even though it can require considerable effort. I'm grateful to all the wonderful staff. Thank you all.

From the very first time we visited Peniel Green Care Home to see if the facility was suitable for my mother, I felt comfortable and welcomed. My mother has been in Peniel Green for 2 months now and we continue to feel very pleased with our choice. My mother settled in very quickly helped by the friendly and efficient staff.

So happy my mum is living here. Over Christmas, she went to the Xmas party with some of the other residents; the photos were wonderful, as I could see Mum was really enjoying it. The loving ways of the care staff, I can't put into words. Keep up the brilliant work.

My brother-in-law had been a resident at Peniel Green Care Home for just over 12 months. During the last 9 days he became ill and we noticed that he needed end-of-life treatment. The staff were amazing, everyone was incredible, from the cleaners, cooks, cares, nurses and admin staff. They couldn't do enough for you. They were so understanding, they had time to make you feel you mattered. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was lovely. I would recommend this home to everyone.

Since having to put my mother into this home, I have nothing but admiration for the staff who work at the care home, who are patient with guests/residents and look after them throughout the day and night. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone who finds themselves needing to put a family member into a care home.

Mum has had a few falls and needed care. All the staff have been so good to mum as she has vascular dementia. Mum is also blind and the girls are understanding and help her so much and seems to have settled in well.

When my father first moved in he struggled to settle and Peniel Green were unsure they could care for him long-term which did cause me much stress and anxiety. We did have issues with items lost, glasses, hearing aids, slippers and clothes. I took my father's washing back as too many items were going astray. However, I couldn't fault the care given to Dad. When Dad fell ill with Covid I knew he was looked after. When Dad suffered a urinary tract infection, the carers did as much as they could for him. I couldn't have asked for better care. I was able to be with him as much as I was able - the staff supported me as well, for which I am grateful. He was in the best place when he passed and they treated Dad with the utmost respect. Thank you.

Very caring and friendly staff, approachable and helpful especially with regard to my mother's health and well being. My mother likes it here and appears settled and happy. The staff encouraged her to eat and drink and monitor her health which is reassuring for the family.

Mum has been staying at Peniel Green Care Home since June and has settled in very well, she is putting on weight she lost prior to an operation. This is mainly due to the marvellous care she has received from the staff who have been very caring and kind, nothing has been too much trouble. She is very happy here and they have made a difficult time much easier.

I am very happy at this care home. The staff are wonderful, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I really enjoy the food here, always hot and tasty. Also, sandwiches and pastries are delicious. The staff give me baths regular, and my clothes are washed and ironed to a high standard. I would like to thank all involved in Peniel Green.
