Pleasant entrance, staff all nice, saying good morning etc. Room very comfortable and well appointed. There seems to be enough staff. Meals could be warmer, but plenty of changes, I am happy to support this review. The client is safe so that's good.

My grandmother has been in Chapel Level Care Home for 3 years, she has took to the change really well and made some good friends. The variety of food is what she would eat at home. the care staff are excellent with her and i feel if there were any issues, I can talk to carers or management.

It's now 2 plus years since mum came to Chapel Level, and she has blossomed due to the dedication of staff there. I couldn't have made a better choice everyone is so friendly and helpful, it's like a big family. Well done to everyone there keep up the good work.

The overall care provided to my husband is excellent. The care home is spotlessly clean, warm , bright and welcoming. The food is first class, with residents dietary needs catered for. The staff are all very caring. Efficient and friendly. It is a comfort to me to see my husband happy and content and well cared for. The smile on his face says it all.

Staff have always promoted my mum's choice by using different strategies that are person centred to meet her needs. Staff take on board what works for mum and her preferences. When mum has been unsettled when I leave, staff are always available to address my concerns. Nothing is too much for the staff and the staff who have supported mum have always been approachable. The staff have a holistic approach and have a wrap around approach which includes the carers/family. Our first impressions were around how friendly everyone was from admin to support and the manager.

This is a pleasant care home. Friendly care staff. The job to a high standard, with good care and dignity maintained. The food is nice and rooms are always clean and tidy, never had any problems or concerns with how the home functions. Carers contact me regularly to ask if I am happy with the service, highly recommend.

Chapel Level is what every care home should strive for. The welcoming staff always have a smile and a willingness to make every visit a pleasure. Their care and attention makes me and my husband contented that our decision, to make this his future home, a great one. The homely decor and the comfortable facilities with the attention to detail, alongside the cleanliness its as near to a home from home that we could wish for.

Just wanted to say how utterly amazing the staff are at Chapel Level Care Home. Me and my wife just got married in the middle of October and unfortunately due to my gran's dementia she was unable to attend the wedding. To allow my gran to be part of our special celebration the care home said that they would put on a spread so that we could come into the home and celebrate with my gran which in itself was an amazing gesture. The whole family surprised my gran with a visit to the home the day after our wedding and we all wore our wedding outfits. The look on my grans face when we walked in and surprised her was absolutely amazing and this turned out to be even more emotional than the real wedding the day before. They put on a fantastic spread of food and a wedding cake for us. They also had singers and music so we could have a dance with gran and also invited some of the other residents to join in, where they all had an amazing time. So just a huge thank you to the truly amazing staff.

Mum has settled in really well in Chapel Level Care Home. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. It has given us so much peace of mind that she is in a safe and secure environment with 24 hour care. It felt like a huge decision when deciding which care home for mum but we felt so happy with our decisions in Chapel Level.

A warm welcome was given when arrived. Shown to a lovely room with a view of the garden area. Carers introduced themselves to Mum and all relevant information was passed on to nurses and carers. Was invited to have lunch with Mum to get her settled.

I have been visiting my friend every week for more than a year and have never had a cause for concern. My friend is very settled and happy at Chapel Level. She is well cared for and the staff are very pleasant, and always make me feel welcome. It is a pleasure to visit.

My Gran loves being in Chapel. She can treat the place as her own home and gets a brilliant say in what she wants to do and what she doesn't. She is always valued and is encouraged to try new things.

From the first visit to the current day, the communication has been excellent, and have been able to find support when needed. Mum settled very easily and enjoyed having company. All the staff is very friendly and approachable, making a fuss of residents. Due to a dip, my Mum has moved to the secure dementia unit, so I'm hoping she settles well there too. If I were looking for a nursing home again I would definitely choose this one. Activities score only because they are currently looking for a second coordinator.

Since my dad has moved to this home he is made part of the community and he takes part in a lot more activities than what the last home he was in did. The staff are very nice and friendly nothing is too much for them.
