Surroundings are not overly decorated (good for relaxation). Staff to date have been extremely pleasant. Food is fine!

My brother has been in care facilities for nearly ten years and apart from the initial 2 years in the neuro-rehab facility, I've never felt at ease with him in the care facilities he was in previously. I am really pleased at the atmosphere, care, and accessibility I have had since he came here, and, despite covid restrictions, have been able to see him anytime I have requested and so much help in making his room a home, with his own things around him. I look forward to more activities becoming available and joining in future festivities.

My brother has been a resident of Ardencraig for a good amount of years. I cannot remember how long as I was not informed when he went in there because of a family dispute. However, that does not matter. What does matter is that he is well looked after by all the very friendly staff. I do not see him very often but phone regularly in case he requires anything. I speak to him on the phone which is great. Ardencraig is a clean, well-looked-after care home. My brother is happy. That is all that matters. Many thanks to the staff.
