The moment we visited Eastbank, the staff welcomed and the energy was genuine and so professional. We had visited other care homes but Eastbank was head and shoulders above the rest. My brother was frail on discharge from the hospital, so the team got to work, gently encouraging him to regain his appetite and giving him the confidence to be mobile from months in bed. The management team have an open-door policy for both staff and relatives which provided us confidence in my brother's care and we could easily talk to staff about any tweaks we needed to make for him. Eastbank is more than a care provider they are life savers both for the resident and family. We know they extended my brother's life by 18 months. They also supported us in the final months of his life and we will be forever grateful.

We as a family have had a delightful experience with the staff who have looked after our mum. The staff have always kept us informed of our mother's health and wellbeing. They are courteous and when our mum was not in good health you could see they shared our concern.

All staff are caring individuals, who go the extra mile to make sure mother-in-law is involved in all activities. Always got a smile on their faces when we arrive. Take away station with tea and coffee is a great addition to the care home. Great place for my mother-in-law as she enjoys all the activities that the care home has to offer, she loves the trips, rooms are great and spacious.

My uncle is enjoying living in the care home. I visit a lot and take him out very often to hospital appointments and for lunch.

I love living at Eastbank. This place has become my home. I enjoy watching football with the other men. Food is always good too.

I have a nice room here and go on loads of trips. My family always visits me.

Mum has been here since September 2022. The facilities are excellent, cannot do enough for mum and she is very happy here and says she is not moving.

My nana was a resident at this care home. The staff looked after her brilliantly and she always had her nails lovely and painted and enjoyed the activities. When she was palliative they went above and beyond to make her comfortable and also to be supportive and accommodating for my family during a difficult time. I am very thankful and grateful for the care they gave her.

I know the staff have knowledge and experience. We are well fed and looked after. We are fed three times a day and have medicine three times a day. We have a nice room with television and the toilet open constantly.

Since moving in I have loved it so much. All staff are wonderful and obliging. I will always love being here.

My gran recently moved into this home and we could not praise it enough. The staff have really took care of my gran and their care is second to none. I really could not fault the staff, they have a lovely approach and nothing is ever a bother to them. My gran has really settled into the home and as a concerned family we could not ask for anything better. The assurance that our beloved gran is in the most amazing care and feels at home and is settled is something we could not be any more grateful for. Big thanks to all the staff.

My aunt moved into the home this year and the staff have made her feel very much at home. She is always smiling when we visit and from the staff to the management everyone has been so kind to her. Thank you everyone.

Father moved into the home recently and l can’t fault the staff and facilities, staff are excellent always helpful and smiling. Dad has settled in well so far and the room is lovely and plenty of company for dad during the day.
