I have always found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant at all times. The staff take excellent care of my mum, whom can be very difficult at times, the care staff do a terrific job, as do the entertainment staff who always put something on for the residents. Thanks to all of them.

My gran has been in this care home for about 10 months now, I cannot fault the staff for anything. The place is always clean and up to standard. The staff in the Rannoch Unit always make things easier for the family visiting and make you welcome each time you arrive. If anything happens, they always phone to keep you updated with everything. We as a family couldn't have picked a better facility for my gran to stay long term. Would just like to thank all the staff. You're doing a great. While my experience has been pleasant, I have noticed that the staff here in this unit are completely understaffed and overworked.

My gran was admitted into the Rannoch Unit within Carnbroe Care Home around 10 months now. I visit near enough every day and can honestly say the staff here provide excellent care not only for my gran but also the family. The staff show daily that they do actually care for their residents and don't treat them as simply just their job. We are always made to feel welcome and the place is always spotless and tidy. I was initially concerned about my gran going into a care home but the actions of the staff here have more than reassured me, not only of the first-class care she gets but also that she's safe. My only complaint would be to ask for extra staff to help out the already exhausted staff working within the Rannoch unit. They are on their knees asking for extra hands which seems to keep falling on deaf ears. I would like to thank each and every member of staff for their support throughout this whole experience.

Our mum was in the Lomond Unit as a respite resident for several weeks. The individual staff members caring for her, particularly the unit manager, were exceptional in their care and communication. The environment was very clean and the bedroom was in very good condition. Public areas were constantly cleaned and I felt confident infection control was as robust as it can be in these circumstances. We felt well supported as a family and reassured Mum was being looked after exactly the way we'd hoped for. We would have been happy for her to stay there, probably in another unit more suited to her stage of dementia, however, we were able to secure a companion room for her with our dad in another local home. Activities appeared plentiful and varied and the other residents seemed happy and content. Management was visible and approachable. Thank you to all involved.

Carnbroe Care Home is excellent the staff are caring and kind and I know my husband is well taken care of. The ethos is friendly and welcoming. He has developed a great bond with the staff and this is a comfort to the family, knowing he has people around him all the time and he is happy in this new world that dementia has taken him to. I thank them for their professionalism and dedication.

My gran has been in this care home for fifteen months now, I cannot fault the staff for anything. They have been great since the day she arrived and she settled in amazingly due to the gratefulness and kindness of the staff in the unit. The place is always clean and up to standard. The staff in the Lomond Unit always make things easier for the family visiting and make you welcome each time you arrive. If anything happens, e.g. a doctor needs to be called in or they are not well, injured or anything, they involve the family. They always phone to keep you updated with everything. We as a family couldn’t have picked a better facility for my gran to stay long term. Would just like to thank all the staff. You’re doing a great job.

Mum was admitted in August last year. Myself and my sister struggled with this decision but our hands were tied. At first, it was a daunting experience visiting and meeting other residents and understanding every single resident's own needs! I can honestly say that every single member of staff, from the cleaners, cooks, carers to management, helped with her transition and our journey in looking after my mum while in their care. Mum passed away this year on 5th June and the way we were looked after while staying/sleeping by her side was phenomenal. My only complaint would be to ask for extra staff to help out the already exhausted staff working within the Katrine unit. They are on their knees asking for extra hands which seems to keep falling on deaf ears. I would like to thank each and every member of staff for their support throughout this whole experience. Miss you all.

I am happy with the care that my husband receives. His needs are met and staff are considerate when dealing with him. He is well fed and his personal care is good. I find the staff welcoming and if there is a problem they will look into it. I am kept up to date with what is happening.

My dad got taken into Carnbroe Care Centre in March 2022. I cannot thank everyone enough at the home for what they do. He is so well cared for. The staff are fantastic. So much is done to keep the residents busy and occupied. They do so much for them. Can't recommend enough.

July 2021 both my mum and dad moved into Carnbroe Care Centre. Both had a second lease of life. The care was above and beyond. Both loved it there, especially my mum. A second family to them both. Sadly, we lost them in September and October 2022. Can’t thank the staff enough for being there for them and us right up until the end.

Staff cannot do any more than they do. It’s a vocation to them rather than a job. They show residents and their relatives so much respect. Tremendous and varied activities to keep the residents stimulated.

The care my mother had in her time here was absolutely outstanding! The staff are truly amazing in the way they treat every single resident, making it a lovely, happy place for them to be! The home itself is spotlessly clean and tidy, making it a comfortable environment for all. The activities team do their utmost to ensure there are lots of things to do, keeping them all entertained! Sadly, my mum passed away in the home on 5th June and we, as a family, will never forget the care they gave to her in her last days! The compassion and care they also gave to us, the family, during that time was exceptional! I highly recommend this home and will always be grateful to them all!

The staff at Carnbroe Care Centre are remarkable. They work tirelessly and despite being constantly on the go, treat each resident with care and compassion. As a family, we were content that my gran was safe and being treated with the dignity and respect that she deserved. The staff ensure that the residents have fulfilled days with entertainment and activities. They are well fed and the tea is always ready! Lovely place to visit and spend time with family.

On every visit to see my mum, I see a team of hardworking, dedicated people who go above and beyond to ensure the people they look after are always comfortable and safe. Communication is first-class and I am contacted immediately if ever any issues arise with Mum. I would recommend Carnbroe Care Centre to anyone who needs a clean, safe and friendly environment to look after their loved ones.

I am extremely satisfied with the care my mother receives. My mother settled in the home quickly and the difference in her moods and personality has been amazing She is always clean and tidy and her room is spotless The activities are excellent and the staff are excellent and my mum receives a high quality of care. So thank you for looking after my mum.

The team at Carnbroe Care Centre are second to none. They love and care for my aunt like their own family. There is always activities to keep the residents stimulated and they keep me updated on her needs and progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carnbroe to any family.

Mother-in-law entered Carnbroe Care Centre direct from hospital. Changes had a very negative impact on her mood and behaviour. Staff were excellent with family. They were truthful about her behaviour but reassured us that she would settle. And she did. She chooses mostly to remain in her very pleasant room but has ventured to the lounge to participate in some of the many and varied activities arranged by the activities staff. It is so reassuring to family that she is being looked after. Various chest and urinary infections are quickly identified and responded to. Staff keep family updated of any changes.

My mother was placed into the care home just under a year ago. I can honestly say that the difference it has made to my mum, regarding her care, has been exceptional. I have nothing but praise for the staff at the care home and would have no hesitation in recommending the home to others. Overall, my experience has been very positive. Many thanks to al.

Carnbroe Care Centre was amazing with my sister's care, she had really bad dementia but her care was so good. My sister-in-law is a carer there and it gives us great comfort knowing she had someone there who knew her personally. Sadly, she passed away on June 3rd with her family all around her.

I am happy with the care that my husband receives. His needs are met and staff are considerate when dealing with him. He is well fed and his personal care is good. I find the staff welcoming and if there is a problem they will look into it. I am kept up to date with what is happening.
