I am happy to go into the care home and see my mum. Staff are mostly welcoming. I am kept up to date with how my mum has been, for example, sleeping, eating etc. Notified if she has had an accident. I am able to speak to the manager or nurse on duty regarding any issues to do with my mum. My mum is settled and quietly calm most of the time.

My partner has been in Park Springs for over four years and I am extremely happy and pleased I chose Park Spring. The manager is excellent in ensuring care is what she and all her team focus on. My partner is expertly cared for and supported, as I am. Absolutely nothing is too much bother and I recommend Park Springs to my friends, including my golf club. The 'x' in the box for all options below are my honest opinion for both myself and my partner's care, support and the importance of dignity is paramount to me. Thank you.

Both parents were residents in Park Springs alas my father has since passed away but our mother is still a resident and being well cared for by the staff.

I am so pleased with the way my 97-year-old dad has settled into Park Springs. The nursing and care staff all do a great job and have made him feel so welcome and settled. He and I couldn't be happier with the way the move from sheltered accommodation to 24-hour care has worked out. Thank you to all the team.

My husband has been a resident in Park Springs Care Home for 8 months now. He needs constant care as he is bedbound, the care he receives is around the clock. I can't thank them enough as he has 1st class care and attention from all the staff and his music therapy on Tuesdays enables him to respond a little.

My mother-in-law moved to Park Springs a week ago and couldn’t have been more warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Of course, it’s still early days but her quality of life has improved no end and she is more comfortable, content and at peace in herself than she’s been for a long time. Of course, this life is not what she’d prefer but she’s safe, warm, looked after and treated very well by a caring team of staff.

My mum, her sisters, and I have been impressed with care my mum has received since she moved into Park Springs in June 2023. The skills, dedication, care, and compassion of the staff were clear from the start of my mum's residency and they have continued since then. We are happy that my mum is receiving consistent, appropriate, high-quality care.

My mother has been a resident since September 2022. She can have good days and bad days. When she is having a bad day the girls who look after her have a wonderful knack for turning tears into smiles. Her accommodation is perfect for her needs and the girls keep the room and the whole building clean. The management is always there if required and very helpful. I can only thank the staff for the wonderful care they take with my mum and I am especially grateful to the whole team for the care they give to my mum.

Park Springs Care Home is a perfect place and I would recommend to anyone looking for a care home. From the manager right through the complete team, it provides care to my partner and myself. From the first day of entry, we both have been looked after, first class. Emphasis is definitely on care. Nothing is left unexplained and all staff are constantly busy but never pass you by.

Management and staff at Park Springs mother well are very conscientious and care deeply about residents' health and well being. This is evidenced by staff's verbal and non-verbal communication with both residents and residents' family members. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure the establishment runs smoothly. Amazing people who have worked tirelessly against the Covid issues which have arisen.

I am so happy that my mother has settled in very well from the minute she entered the home. It makes the family feel secure that mum is content, care for and happy in her new home.

Park Springs Care Home has been the best place we could hope for, for our mum. They do so much for the patients and the staff are wonderful and caring. Nothing is a bother to them.

My experience in visiting the home to my wife who is being cared for by nice, friendly staff makes it comforting to me that my wife is being cared for as best as possible there. It is very clean inside the home and gardens, all around it is well kept. Also, a bit of art and crafts etc helps to keep my wife busy at times.

My father-in-law is very happy and content at Park Springs Care Home. He has great interaction with the staff. It's a tremendous relief knowing he is happy being cared for in such a safe and friendly environment. They always make sure their residents are well entertained and not just stuck in a room all day. The communication between staff and the family is brilliant.

The staff at Park Springs Care Home are amazing. They truly care for residents, always going that bit extra making sure my stepdad and others are well entertained, safe and secure. I couldn't praise them any higher. They also are so welcoming and friendly to our family.

My experience visiting the home has been a pleasure. Mum seems content most of the time and well looked after by the caring and friendly staff. All very clean, comfortable and well kept, except the bedroom which could do with a bit of coat of paint to remove the marks around the walls. Yes, Covid has been in there but was dealt with by the health measures taken. Now isolation is by, I hope mum can get involved in more activities or taken to let her watch others do so and maybe a jaunt out in the mini bus in the better weather.

Difficult to give an overall experience because of Covid restrictions as my mother went in in August 2020. However, since gaining access through End of Life rules I have been very impressed with the staff and level of care provided to my mum. The staff went above and beyond what could be expected and gave me great comfort knowing she was in good hands.

I find the staff and facilities excellent and the support we get is super. My wife requires 24-hour care, a special diet and special bed. I can recommend this care home for facilities and value for money.
