My aunt was a resident for the last six years of her life. In this time she was well-loved and cared for by all of the staff who worked in the home. Her family were happy with the support that was also provided to them.

Overall experience was very good. The staff were caring, communicative and very pleasant. Management had a professional, approachable style and were always available to deal with enquiries. The building was spacious, clean and relaxed in nature with the food being plentiful and varied. The staff, especially the carers, deserve a better wage without the overheads being passed onto the users. The overall cost to the fully financing user is disgraceful and verging on exploitative.

Staff at Three Towns Care Home provided excellent care for my father throughout his 4 year stay with them. The management and staff take pride in their job and are always proactive to the needs of their residents, while checking that family feel assured. As expected, when mt father passed away, they were caring, respectful and professional.

When Mum first moved to Three Towns Care Home, we were a bit apprehensive as to how quickly she would settle. We needn't have worried as the love, care and patience shown by each and every member of staff, whether kitchen, domestic, nursing/carers admin and management helped her adapt quickly. As visitors, we never felt we were in the way and we felt part of the Three Towns family. Mum was treated with care and dignity right to the end and we are indebted to the town for their compassion and dedication.

My mother was a resident in this care home I have nothing but praise for the care and attention my mum received! The staff are amazing always super friendly and do their best in dealing with residents of this cruel horrendous disease. I found the staff and management very approachable in any circumstances I could always discuss the issues and health and well being of my mother all our needs were met with great care and communication. The hard-working staff went above and beyond for all of us as a family. The rooms, food, and care, are all superb. Many thanks for all your hard work.

From the point we visited the home we got a comfortable feeling from the manager and staff that my mum would be looked after. In the short time she had been there, those initial feelings were correct. The staff worked with her, getting her out of bed and into lounge and showed a genuine feeling of wanting to help her.

Three Towns Carehome is absolutely outstanding. The care, compassion, and dedication all staff show enhance the ethos of this care home. The home was spotlessly clean, staff were always busy cleaning ensuring there was a high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen staff provided lovely food which mum enjoyed. The care staff were fantastic with their patients making them feel at home. Lots of fantastic activities were done daily. Nurses are so caring and compassionate but more so during the stages of mum passing. If I have missed any staff I apologise as this is one excellent home with outstanding staff. Puts my trust back into care homes.

My husband is a new resident of the Three Towns. I have nothing but praise for the staff from the manager to the domestic staff for all the care and attention he receives ensuring that he is comfortable and is settling into his new surroundings. The Three Towns was my first choice and is proving to be the correct one. Thanks for everything you do.

I was very satisfied with the care my brother receives in the Three Towns Care Home. He was treated with care and dignity and compassion. We as a family were also welcomed and kept up to date with his care.

The care my brother received was excellent. The staff treated my brother with dignity and respect. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. The food was to a very good standard and plentiful. Looks as if lots of activities were available to residents. Safety and security are of a high standard. It seems to be good value for money as my brother was well looked after.

A lovely place to visit my brother, all staff so welcoming and friendly. The staff looked after my brother with care and affection, nothing was too much bother for them.

In general, I have found care good. The staff are caring. Kindness and thoughtfulness are evident. The environment reflected this also. It was noted that some items were missing though it is not unusual in care homes with wandering confused residents. The staff were helpful and responsiveness good. Staff were genuinely well informed but if not, would seek to find out

My dad was a resident for a short time, during that time the staff made an effort to get know him, and adapted to his individual needs, showing him understanding and patience. We were always made to feel welcome and told to contact them when we needed to. During my dad's final days, the support of my dad, but also us as his family was outstanding.

The standard of care my husband has received is superb. All the staff have taken the time and effort to get to know him, showing patience, kindness and affection towards him. The speed with which he settled in is a tribute to the level of care and attention to detail. Nothing is ever seen as 'too much' and I am supported and welcomed when I visit. I am so happy we found this amazing place for him, every member of staff, whatever their role is happy to take time to help and support residents and their families. Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart.

The whole team are fantastic. Caring and thoughtful and their commitment and love of their work really shine through. Mum is so settled, relaxed and happy since she moved in back in May. The Three Towns was our first choice and still is. So grateful for all the care, not only for Mum but to myself and the family. I'd give everyone 20 out of 10! Not just a home, but Mum's home now. Lots for Mum to do and she is thriving. Thank you so much, everyone. Mum has described everyone as lovely kind and helpful. She also said everyone is always smiling and can't do enough for me. Best of all no stairs. Thank you and keep doing what you do.

My parent was a resident for nine years in this facility and was treated with the utmost respect and care during their time there. They were given every opportunity to fulfil their potential. I fully believe without the care they received they would not have lived as long as they did. The staff were very friendly and made me feel part of the family which it is within the care home. During their final days the care and attention given to them was exemplary.

I can't thank the care home enough, everyone that works there is absolutely amazing, they all looked after my dad and treated him like one of their own. Sadly, my dad passed away recently but the time he spent there made his life 100% better than it was. What a wonderful care home.

Our mum was only in this care home for 3 weeks sadly mum passed away on the 6th of April, we as a family can honestly say that the care and compassion shown by all members of staff from the lovely manager and her care team to the cleaners, kitchen staff and maintenance were second to none we could not have asked for anything better, very kind thoughtful and caring not only to mum but to all of us family and friends nothing was ever to much trouble. We would highly recommend Three Towns Care Home to anyone needing this type of service 100% rated

The care my father received in his years in the Three Towns Care Home was outstanding, especially in the last few weeks before he passed. All the staff, without exception, were kind, thoughtful and caring, not just to my father but to all the family. They also displayed exceptional professionalism at all times. I would highly recommend Three Towns Care Home to anyone requiring this service.

I honestly cannot praise Three Towns Care Home in Stevenston enough. The staff are all wonderful, under the care of such a fabulous manager. The level of care they give each and every resident (along with their friends/family members) is amazing. There is always so much interaction with the residents also. As a relative, nothing is ever too much trouble for Three Towns Care Home and they always really look after me when I visit. I highly recommend Three Towns Care Home and thank you so much for all your hard work.
