View Full Details of Annadale Care HomeMy mum is very well looked after. Plenty of activities to keep her occupied and happy. She feels comfortable and content. She feels at home and feels like this is now her home. We are very happy that our mum is happy and content.
From when was admitted into this nursing home I have found the care he has received from all staff has been of a very high standard. He has settled in very well.
I highly recommend this care home. The members of staff are very professional and caring and very understanding.
A well-run efficient machine that fulfills all the needs of each resident to the full and more. The staff, from the manager to the cleaners are super productive and thinking of the good of the residents at all times.
My granny moved into Annadale Care Home after falling at home and having a stay in hospital. It took her a few weeks to settle and get used to her new home but now she loves it. The staff do all they can to meet her needs. There are lots of activities daily to keep the residents occupied. My gran particularly loves the live music. Management and staff members are approachable. It has helped us as a family to know she is safe and that she has the proper care 24/7. She is also well-fed, the food is good, home-cooked meals.
A warm atmosphere when arriving, staff was helpful and welcoming. A very homely atmosphere and lots of staff interaction with residents. The home manager is very approachable and shows a genuine interest when approached nothing is too much trouble.
My Mother has been a resident in Annadale Care Home for 7 years. She requires personal nursing care. Her experience (and ours) has in the main been a very positive one. She has been well cared for and is content. On one occasion she was mishandled by inexperienced staff causing her discomfort and bruising to her forearm. This was addressed by management immediately in time with our concerns. Since this incident, her care has been excellent and she is comfortable and content.
My father was moved to this home in January 2024 and since moving here I have been more than impressed with the care he has received. I am relieved that he is now in a safe place with an excellent team taking care of his every need with dignity, kindness and compassion. I am very grateful and appreciative to every one of them for what they have done for my dad.
My father has recently become a resident. I have experienced the most amazing care for him. Staff are highly trained, professional, respectful and kind. Facilities are excellent. The care is excellent and staff have been most engaging and caring of my father and indeed understand his needs and complexities. As a family member I cannot state enough the level of care and support as being of such a high standard. It has a great sense of empowerment to all residents to lead a positive, healthy, happy life in Annadale Home.
I have found the staff to be very attentive and helped my mum to settle well. My mum requires 24-hour nursing care and is also deaf, so can be difficult to care for, ut I am very pleased and happy with the care provided. This is an excellent facility and very well run.
My mother was admitted to the home 28/02/24 following a spell in hospital. She was very unwell and unable to take care of herself. Since being in the home, my mother has recovered her ability to communicate verbally with the care staff and her strength has greatly improved. Although Mum needs this care, it has taken a lot of responsibility from the family. They are now able to enjoy their time with Mum without the challenge of meeting Mum's care needs. We are very grateful for this provision. The staff have a very caring role and a lot of love for their patients.
The overall care and attention of all the residents seems to be excellent and they all appear to be happy and content.
My mum has recently moved into Annadale Private Nursing Home. Every staff interaction we have witnessed and that we have experienced has been positive. Very attentive and caring towards Mum. Staff very available to ask questions.
Dad was moved to Annadale after a difficult 10-week stay in hospital. This move was his first outside move of the family home and with his heightened nursing care needs coupled with the loss of independence as a family we were concerned wondering how he would adjust. Annadale has given Dad back his identity and the staff treat him like their own family. He has settled and adjusted to his new home very well. The staff encourage him to grow in terms of being able to do things for himself as well as recognising what his needs are and attending brilliantly to these. I would highly recommend Annadale.
