Had my first visit to this home today. Staff were exceptional. Offered
me a cup of tea on arrival. My friend looked happy and well looked
after. Management was only too happy to help. A very welcoming home and
very clean too. Very happy with visit and feel my friend is in the best
possible care. Well done all.

My wife has been a resident of the care home since September 2017. In
all that time I have never had any reason to complain of her treatment,
indeed I have regularly praised the staff for their care and affection
for the residents. Despite sometimes challenging behaviour, they have
never lost this positive attitude towards those in their care. There are
occasional enrichment activities though my wife is beyond benefiting
from these, though she did enjoy a visit to see the Decorations at the
local garden centre just before Christmas. I visit the home three
times a week and have always found my wife to be clean, tidy and in
fresh clothes. She eats the food offered readily as she does the drinks,
snacks and sweets on offer. Her en suite room is clean and well looked
after. My wife is no longer mobile so on the occasions that the lift is
out of action she stays in her room and is visited very regularly by the
care team. I have never ever had any negative feelings in my wife’s care.
