View Full Details of Warmere CourtMy Nan had a rough ride after a fall at home. Many hospital admissions, some good, some horrific. She was put into a "care" home who turned out to have very little care. My mum and auntie fought for her to be moved. We got the option of Warmere Court. The manager was lovely and invited a visit to see the home. We didn't have this in the previous home. It was such a different place and knew instantly we wanted her here. It was like a home from home. Although, of course Nanna wanted to go home, she felt safe. And I was safe in the knowledge they looked after her as I would. We were made to feel part of the care home family, drinks when we needed them and a member of staff always on hand. When it was near the end, they treated us with care and understanding. They had the utmost respect for her and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. If everyone could have this experience at such a difficult time, it would ease many pains. Genuine staff who genuinely care. Thank you.
Warmere Court is amazing. As soon as we walked in we could feel a warm atmosphere, residents joining in activities, there was a lot of chatter and music playing in the background. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager and nurse were always available to speak to. Our mum was only a resident for a few weeks but they certainly did everything they could for her. The food was good, everyone from the cleaners, the staff who did the laundry (who I must say never lost any of Mum's clothes) and the care staff were very friendly and helpful apart from one male member of staff who was in the residents lounge with his shoes off up on a chair, I feel this was very disrespectful to other staff.
My daughter has now been a resident at Warmere Court for just over 2 years. She likes all the staff and management. If she has a problem day or night she gets the help she needs, in fact, she's just had a new carpet fitted in her room, she's over the moon. As a parent, her mother and I are very happy that she has settled at Warmere. She gets on very well with her fellow residents. You have a very good team at Warmere, first-class management and first-class staff. Keep up the good work - 10 out of 10.
My Dad went to Warmere Court from hospital last November because he was too weak to go home. Initially, he was on the nursing floor but was transferred downstairs when he no longer needed as much care. Although he did not want to be there - all he wanted was to go home - he was actually very happy there. Warmere Court is a lovely, spacious and airy place with kind and dedicated staff and good food. I particularly liked the relaxed approach to visiting - you can basically visit whenever you like so it feels like home. I don't think I ever came across a member of staff who wasn't cheerful, kind and friendly - no matter how busy they were. Dad came home today and although he's over the moon I think he's going to miss the place - I know I am. Thank you Warmere for looking after my Dad.
My aunty spent some two and a half years at Warmere and was happy and well cared for. She thrived there after living on her own following the death of her husband. She was a very quiet, private lady who actually came out of her shell with the care and kindness from the staff. She passed away last year and was well cared for to the end. Thank you.
My brother-in-law is a resident of Welmere Court and it’s a welcoming community. All of the people who work there are very helpful and supportive of the relatives of the residents. They provide excellent care to the residents often in difficult circumstances. Dignity is at the core of all of them!
My wife’s sister has been at Warmere Court for around 5 years now. Originally she used to stay for respite, and when the time came for her to need 24-hour care, Warmere was our first choice. Recently her health has declined and we have been kept up to date promptly regarding all changes, and have been able to visit her regularly. The staff are very supportive and friendly, and I can see that my sister-in-law is cared for to a high standard. Although she is unwell, it gives us a little comfort knowing she is where she is, with people who truly care for her. Thank you for everything that you all do, it makes a bigger difference than you know.
We have always been happy with the level of care and support my grandfather has received. Highlighted by his lack of care received in a previous home and the issues he has had with his daughter and former power of attorney, the staff at Warmere Court have been incredible. Whenever he has had a slip or fall I have been called straightaway and when his health has declined recently I was contacted and informed straightaway. I visited at the same time when the staff were having a meeting with a visiting staff member from the hospital and was included in the meeting. Warmere always goes the extra mile for his birthday and even makes available a space the family can use for a small lunch party. We are very happy with the care and support Warmere are providing my grandad.
My nan lived at Warmere Court from 2019 until her unfortunate passing in July of this year. We were extremely apprehensive about putting Nan into a care home but can honestly say it’s the best decision we ever made for her and that’s all down to the staff at Warmere. They are compassionate, friendly and professional and all have a brilliant sense of humour too. Nan would always comment on how much she laughed. The care she received was second to none and the support, patience and kindness shown to us as a family in those last difficult days will never be forgotten.
My daughter has been a resident now for one year and to her Warmere Court is her home. That is the best news for me and my husband to know she is happy and settled. She gets on very well with all the staff and residents. May it continue. Many thanks to all the management and staff looking after our daughter.
The staff go above and beyond to ensure that my father is comfortable and safe. I never have to worry that he is not being cared for. All of the staff are professional, warm and caring. They explain everything well and communicate importantly thanks to the family with great tact. I am so grateful for their hard work and endless care.
On my daily visits the last year. I have observed the staff at all levels. I am very pleased with their carer and attention to all the patients. My children, brother, sister and friends who have visited the home and are very impressed with the friendly team, care and cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas. The food smells good and well presented, lots of drinks hot and cold available.
I visited Warmere Court for 7 days respite care to give my husband a much needed rest. From the minute I arrived I was made to feel very welcome. All the staff are extremely kind and go above and beyond to support the residents there. There were daily activities such as bingo, scrabble and quizzes, which really helped me get to know other residents too, we also had a live singer performing! My room was kept clean and tidy and washing returned promptly. It was bitter sweet returning home, and I would definitely stay for respite again in the future.
Warmere Court cared for my nan in her last few months of life; they catered to every need, big or small, with compassion and respect. All staff were informative and supportive. They were great overall, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I appreciate the staff and the care they have greatly.
A lovely welcoming care home, clean and homely. My mum was here from October 2022 till she sadly passed in June this year 2023. As a family we couldn’t have asked for better care for mum, the staff are all kind, attentive and helpful. Whilst visiting mum I also see some of the other residents there playing games and sitting chatting, all of which looked happy and well cared for. More like a home from-home than a care home.
My friend stayed for respite care for just over a week. The home is bright and airy with a real homely feel. The staff were polite and friendly, and always made me feel welcome when visiting. My friend really enjoyed her stay, and has said she will definitely look to stay for respite in the future.
More than happy for my sister at this home. Myself, I find the staff at all levels are all helpful.
Very spacious, welcoming home. Ensuite nursing rooms are very light and airy with good facilities. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help and answer any queries. I feel my mum is well looked after here. Nice the home has a couple of new pets as well for the residents to have a cuddle!
Feel that the home provides a safe and secure home for my mum. The staff seem professional and friendly (most of the time). Have dealt with concerns raised immediately and positively. Mum enjoys the activities put on but needs to be encouraged to go outside more.

From the first day she moved in, she took to the management and all the staff, she has since told us nothing is a problem for them in all the care she needs. In fact, when she comes out with us after lunch with Mum and Dad she says you can take me home to Warmere, that's my home now. So we know she is very happy and content.
