I visited my aunt all the way from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I was genuinely impressed with the security of the building. Everywhere we visited the elevator, the library and foyer were all clean and in order. The staff seemed genuinely interested in the resident and was pleased to know that she had a family. I just wish I was not so far away, as I am having difficulty keeping in touch with the managers and workers. I am a little disappointed that I did not receive the promised items via email as promised. Apart from that, I am happy that my aunt lives in a clean and safe environment with people who seem to care for her.
