Lloyds Court is quite exceptional in all respects! My 92-year-old Mum is a resident there and standards are high overall on a day-to-day basis anyway. More recently, when she has been quite ill; automatically everything kicked up a gear to care for her additional needs. Of course that more intense care was provided by the lovely people that work there! Patient, understanding, compassionate, and respectful at all times; they were all, without exception, an absolute credit. Of course, it is always the staff that makes a place, or not and that is why Lloyds Court is quite so special! Thank you everyone for looking after my Mum so well! It involved extra work, care, time and empathy under difficult circumstances but you all took it in your stride despite your other working pressures. I and the family are very grateful for your awareness and tenderness. Thank you so much, it has been very much appreciated! Fond regards.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff and everyone here. I would recommend staying here to everyone. I would give it 5 stars out of 5 its so good and friendly and clean I would not want to go anywhere else.

I was sent here for a short period after discharge from hospital. I could not have been better cared for. All the staff that I met were friendly, polite and caring. The accommodation, flat was more than I expected. Living area with basic facilities I.e. kettle, fridge, sink, microwave, comfortable furniture and TV. Attached was the bedroom with en-suite facilities. The food was of good quality and the whole building was kept clean and tidy. All in all my time there I had no concerns.

Building/accommodation are of high quality but what makes a difference is the staff. Everyone is kind, caring, helpful and respectful.

Since arriving here last October I have been made welcome and all staff have been very friendly and I have felt 'made welcome'! All care staff made me feel 'nothing was too much trouble' for them to do. I have made friends with several residents here and all 'extra' activities have been varied and enjoyable. I am very happy with my move to Lloyd Court. Staff and management are all super.

All staff excellent, helpful, sociable, caring and most excellent accommodation, room/flat/area. Staff there if you need them, availability, considerate, amazing. Couldn't ask for better.

I'm a friend of a resident. I am so impressed with the care and support from all the carers and staff that when my time comes, I would come here and recommend Lloyds Court. My friend is so happy here, he has always got a smile when I visit.

Our family have nothing but praise and admiration for all the staff at Lloyd Court. They are extremely professional and caring and have our parent's wellbeing at the core of all they provide. We are always well-informed. Thank you for all you do.

My mother has been a resident at Lloyd Court for many years since a fall left her paralysed from the waist down. She has always had excellent care and now she is 97 she needs even more care. As her needs have changed I have always been kept informed - I live a 4 hour drive away! The carers look after her with so much affection and humour which on her good days she really appreciates and joins in with. She used to spend a lot of time drawing in pastels and many of her pictures now hang on the walls of Lloyd Court. How wonderful is that! Words cannot express the gratitude our whole family feel that we know she is so well cared for. I try to visit every month and it always feels like I'm seeing a wider family at Lloyd Court.

I have been at this home for 3 months and settled in quickly. It is a very good and happy place where much kindness is shown by all the staff and care is excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. Accommodation is excellent and being able to have one's privacy is good.

I love being here, the staff are wonderful, the surroundings are lovely. I have put on a stone in weight. The food is good and varied. The banter is hilarious. The nearest home I am likely to find. Hurrah for Lloyd Court, what about a pay rise for the entire staff!

I cannot praise the service I receive more highly. The carers and team leaders are exemplary. The food is always delicious and lovely and hot. The personal care I receive is excellent. My medication is always administered correctly and timely. I love living at Lloyd Court and all the team make my living here complete!

The team at Lloyd Court are excellent, caring, compassionate, kind and fair. They respond well to both our parent's needs, particularly when needed to motivate our father's progress like daily support to help him build his confidence in his mobility by helping to stand at intervals and undertake his exercises. Thank you so much for all the support, care and kindness the whole team has been giving to mum too. She is coping with her normal wonderful resilience and enjoying getting involved in Lloyd Court activities.

I am very very happy to be living at Lloyd Court. Everyone looks after me so well. I was extremely anxious living on my own and used to call my daughter out frequently in the middle of the night. Now there is someone on hand all of the time and I am no longer having panic attacks. I am very happy for my daughter too as my care was impacting her health. I am happy to be here!

Lloyd Court is a special place where my parents feel safe, respected, contented and happy. The team took time to understand my parent's care and support needs and went over and above what was expected. The team make time to engage and have conversation with Mum and Dad along with plenty of humour and laughter which is often the very best medicine. Lloyd Court is spotlessly clean and communal areas are comfortable and welcoming. The activities calendar is packed with a wide range of activities, from arts and crafts, talks from external speakers, music, sit-down Zumba, games and activities that link to important events and much much more. These are so important as it helps residents to get to know each other. My parents tell me that they feel fortunate to be at Lloyd Court. They were independent until their late 80s, moving into Lloyd Court has given them the safety and security of 24-hour support and this is a huge piece of mind for them. I highly recommend Lloyd Court.

My mother has been in Lloyd Court since October 2022. It is such a relief to get her accepted. She is 95 years old and was no longer safe living on her own. She is so well looked after by all the staff at Lloyd Court. They are always willing to go the extra mile with my mother's care. We had lots of problems initially with the housing assocaiation. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling which was unaddressed for weeks. It is nearly completed now, we are waiting for the ceiling to be repainted so nearly one year to complete! Otherwise-fantastic!

Lloyd Court is absolutely the best care facility I have ever come across. My mother's care has been consistent and more than caring. The staff are kind, efficient and friendly been though they work for a pittance. I can't think of anything negative to say about it. Well done everyone.
