Care exceeds expectations. Genuine staff truly caring for residents.
Could not have wished for better care for Mum. Management also
professional and work hard to create the best environment. Thanks from
our family.

With my mother suffering with severe dementia, my husband's dementia
also increasing and my arthritic spine diminished my mobility, it was
too much to cope with until the social worker suggested moving to Yew
Tree & Rosewood Courts. With a heavy heart, I agreed. We moved in
then found a new way of life surrounded by kind caring staff. I found
our 'forever' home which meant a huge burden had been lifted from my shoulders.

I just want to make a general comment about the staff working there,
they are so friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. One
member of staff couldn't help us enough when trying to put a picture on
the wall and we asked her advice. And she gave her advice and just by
saying, "It's your mum's home", made us feel she and others
who work there do care and little things like that do make a difference.
Keep up the good work.
