View Full Details of Brushett HouseMy aunt's birthday was 26 October. Due to the current climate, my sister and I were unable to visit. The manager and her team went above and beyond their duty of care for this event. My aunt was completely surprised and delighted when she attended the communal lounge area that morning. Tables were laden with food. Banners and balloon decorations were in place. Other residents of Brushett House were also invited to participate. This was a day remembered with gratitude and delight by my aunt. Well done to the manager and her team for the excellent care and attention.
My Aunt has been at Brushett House for 18 months having needed that extra care. The manager and her team have been amazing particularly through the difficult times we are all living under at present. They have worked tirelessly to keep all residents safe during the current pandemic and have gone the extra mile to provide close support for all the residents whilst the visiting restrictions are in place. I have been unable to see my Aunt for some time due to this but it is incredibly reassuring that she is having the gold standard of care that the whole team in Brushett house provide. Yesterday was my Aunt's birthday and whilst I had arranged for a buffet to be delivered it was the manager and her team that created the perfect birthday party atmosphere for her and from what she tells me my Aunt has said it was a day she will always remember. Thank you again for all that you do.
My Mum was lucky enough to be given a place at Brushett House and has lived there for the past year. The manager has been an absolute Godsend and her and all her staff have tried so very hard to accommodate my Mum who can be demanding to say the least. If you are checking out this home for a place for a relative I cannot recommend it highly enough, I would quite happily live there myself. Safe, secure and with the safety net of staff being onsite 24/7 whilst still having their own flat and own piece of independence. If you are lucky enough to be offered a place here grab it with both hands.
