Excellent staff, care provided of a ver4y high standard. Good relationships between care staff and relatives. Unfortunately, there is, once again, a change in management, the fourth in 16 months, a regional support manager being in post for the second time. Some continuity would be beneficial to any future plans for the home. My husband is settled and cared for with a good relationship with the care staff. He is respected and his needs are fully considered and provided for.
