View Full Details of Aaron CourtMy mum arrived at Aaron Court completely shut down and traumatised from an appalling respite situation, where she had been neglected for a month. I never imagined I would find somewhere that could not only reverse the deterioration with genuine compassion, dignity and love. The staff here are wonderful, and she is now thriving within ten days of arriving. I am over the moon to have found Aaron Court.
I have been overwhelmed by the care my sister received at Aaron Court before her death. She moved to Aaron Court last year having spent many months in hospital and a residential home. This move was the best thing that could have happened to her. I immediately noticed an improvement in her condition and was finally given hope that she would be well cared for. The care provided by all the staff has been exceptional and the environment is beautiful, warm and comforting. I wish to thank the manager and all the staff for their professionalism, dedication and care. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Everyone we met from the manager to the care staff and the cleaners and maintenance staff were friendly, warm and devoted to the clients in their care. I am so grateful that my sister was able to spend the last few months at Aaron Court. Thank you.
My relative was recently transferred from hospital to Aaron Court. She has visibly improved, more alert and happier in herself. My initial impression of the home is that it is well-staffed by caring and attentive people. The home is well managed, clean and provides a good standard of accommodation.
My sister spent the last seven years of her life at Aaron Court and as her Alzheimer's progressed I was reassured that she was happy and safe there.
My dad had dementia and was PEG fed and due to his MND diagnosis was funded. Over a 17-month period, the staff always made me feel that Dad was in a very caring and safe place. The nursing care was excellent and Dad's initial poor physical state quickly and significantly improved. He was at first, reluctant to accept care or join in with activities but was always treated with compassion and empathy. He eventually settled, accepted Aaron Court as his home, made clear attachments to staff members and engaged in the social life there. The facilities gave Dad the freedom to move around freely and independently while he was still able. He loved to potter in the garden there. There was always a happy feel among the staff making visits comfortable, even as Dad's health deteriorated. The staff offered outstanding practical support and comfort when my dad passed.
My mother has been at Aaron Court for a year now and I can safely say that she is in good hands. She has been able to build a good rapport with the staff. The staff really care about the residents and it is lovely to see that they put so much effort into entertaining the residents. Thank you.
Very happy with all care and support given to my mum. Helpful and friendly management and care staff.
Settled in well. Nice for Mum to have showers again. Friendly staff. Lovely food, they feed her well.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have made my cousin feel welcome and he seems a lot better in himself.
Due to a recent decrease in my mobility, I have had to rely on care staff lots more for personal care. They are very thorough and ensure they check my skin for sores etc. On the whole, the food is very good, if you do not like or want any of the menu choices you can always choose something else, as long as they have it. If you do have any queries then the chef will always come and see you. All staff are friendly and willing to help with anything. Management and senior staff have supported me with some medical issues ensuring my needs and wants are listened to.
I am a resident at Aaron Court and my care is brilliant. Everyone is friendly and caring. The manager is kind. We went to Skegness and I loved it. The carers are like family.
The care my Grandfather received was amazing. The staff treated him as a family member and it was clear to see the fondness and relationships built: As a family, any concerns were listened to and swiftly acted upon: Information was given consistently to the family throughout my Grandfather's stay and he was very happy in their care. I cannot thank you all enough for your care and support. My family is truly grateful to you all. He was treated with care and dignity always.
My mother needed 24-hour care towards the end of her life. Aaron Court was a very good choice. The facilities were excellent and the staff was extremely caring. The environment was bright and cheerful and staff were very responsive to both the residents and their family's needs. I can't thank them enough for the care, and comfort both Mum and I received in her final weeks.
My grandma is treated with respect, and she feels the staff are her friends, which is nice. We always feel welcomed. The team do everything they can to help my grandma. We are really thankful for them all.
My grandma didn't have an easy start but all staff have been amazing with her. She has recently moved floors and the staff made her room look almost identical so as not to unsettle her further. All residents have always seemed very happy when we visit. Thank you all for being amazing!
My mother-in-law took ill in Dec 2023 and was admitted to hospital it quickly became apparent that she would need 24-hour care and a home was our only option. This was never going to be an easy decision or option but Aaron Court made it a lot easier for us to do this the staff have been excellent. They have a very difficult job with some of the residents my mother-in-law being one of them initially, but with patience, perseverance and care she is now settled. Management and team also put our minds at rest too, because it is never an easy decision to make.
I was nervous when my mother needed a home but I needn't have worried, from the moment we entered the home the management made you feel at home. The staff become members of your own family from the first minute. My mother isn't just a number she is treated as a person and is listened to. The staff and management get your loved ones involved. They have days out, meals out and the residents all feel like one big family, they love the hairdresser too.
My grandma seems very happy and comfortable living here.
I can only describe my mum's care as being excellent. Her health varies from day to day and the amount of care and meds required also varies. All of the nurses and care staff treat my mum with the utmost care and respect and always have a kind word.
Words will never be enough to express our thanks for the love, care and dedication, from each and every member of the amazing team, shown to my mum whilst she was at Aaron Court. We managed to bring Mum home for the last few days of her life, her world stolen by vile dementia, but thanks to the support of Aaron Court, the local GP, who was amazing, and social services Mum was granted her dying wish to be in her own home at the end. She passed away peacefully on Friday 10th May. Thank you to the manager and each and every member of your fabulous team.
