View Full Details of Drayton Village Care CentreMy mum has been so happy since she came to Drayton Manor. I never worry if she is ok, as I know she is well cared for.
Both my parents are/were in the care home and are being very well looked after. My dad was in a bad way and I am very grateful for how he was looked after and the people who took care of mum. Mum is being well looked after as well.
Staff provide excellent services. Food prepared to good standards. Nursing staff and caters always informative. The room is cleaned regularly. Good sensory activities all round care home.
Mum has settled into Drayton Village well. All the staff are helpful and accommodating. There are plenty of organised activities for the residents to do if they want.
Drayton Care home is a wonderful place bright, clean and fresh. I would recommend it to any and everyone. I find the staff bending backwards to help in any way and do have an excellent listening ear to help, if and when needed. The Nurses, Carers, and Cleaners are always working hard and tending to the residents. The flats are spacious, bright and clean. I find them coming in when they pass by just to enquire about the resident's good health. The food is excellent, fresh, warm and nutritious and served freshly from a food trolley. The residents are looked after very well as the staff do their level best at all times.
I feel confident my dear 94-year-old mum is well looked after and cared for. She has dementia and the wonderful staff at Drayton Village Care Home try to involve her in the many activities and themed days. I can visit mum and when I leave I feel confident she is in a safe place.
I am very happy with the care my mum is receiving. She seems to be eating more regularly and is kept clean and tidy. She has her hair and nails done too, which she didn't when she was living at home. I'm very happy with all the staff, they are kind, supportive and keep us informed of our mum's health and happiness.
Very satisfied, clean care home. Well cared for and treated well by staff. Food is good and really enjoyed the activities provided.
Staff are very helpful and accomodating. My father always tries to get involved in activities, which are always enjoyable. Activities staff always include the family and do a great job.
Nice, clean and secure home. No issues with the care or staff - all good. I am hoping that access at weekends and not having to wait too long will improve soon.
I live in France and visited Drayton Village Care Centre for the first time in October where my aunty has been admitted. I was immediately struck by the warmth and friendliness of all the staff who greeted me with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I immediately felt very welcome and reassured for the placement of my aunt. The Care Home is very clean and has a cosy feel about it. My aunty seemed so happy to be there and told me it was 100% and how kind the staff are; she couldn’t wish for better care. She said the food was excellent. So thank you Drayton Village for making my aunty and myself so happy and reassured.
There are many new carers who don't speak English very clearly and my mother has trouble understanding them because she's partially deaf, combined with their accent... However, they are very caring. Also, staff are aware of Mum's issues.
My mum has been in this home for 18 months now and is treated with respect and cared for extremely well. When she first came here she was mobile and loved to walk about and say hello to everyone. Now that she is bed-bound the carers, nurses and all who work here will still pop into her room to say hello and have a chat. She is involved in the activities that are arranged and enjoys them very much.
Brilliant. Staff are trustworthy and caring. Care home is clean. The food provided is excellent. Activity and entertainment is top-notch. Good outdoor space has been improved recently. Very happy with this home
Mum has received the very best care and professional attention anyone could ask for over the last 5 years. I would have no issue in recommending this care home to anyone.
Staff here have always seemed kind and sensitive to her condition. There are obviously some members of staff that she sees more often and who have a better understanding of her disability. They seem to look after her very well.
Lovely welcome, very attentive to my father's needs. All residents chat with each other. Nice gardens, nice lounge and nice rooms. I enjoyed my visit. One staff member, in particular, was especially so good with my father on the day we visited.
My sister has been here for a short while. Up to now, I'm so pleased that she came here, I feel she has fitted in so well and the staff have been so kind to her. I feel they genuinely have good feelings for her and she has responded well to them as well.
My daughter and I came to a garden party to celebrate the Jubilee, we were so very impressed at how the staff looked after the residents, especially the entertainment ladies - couldn't do enough for us all. So very grateful for their care and attention. Many thanks.
My mother and uncle are both residents of the home. My aunt and myself are always kept up to date with the well-being of my mother and uncle. The staff, nurses, carers and activity staff are always welcoming, friendly and professional. I would have no problem in recommending this home to anyone in the future.
