Since I have been to Victoria Care Centre the care provided here is excellent. It is person-centred care. I like the management and the staff over here.

Victoria Care Centre has exceptional staff. Their prime concern is the residents, their wellbeing, safety and care. They take time to sit with them and chat. The creative activities, singing along, painting, cooking cake, etc. They get to know the residents as individuals. They always keep you informed of any situations. They all get on; it's a happy home. The children and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for my partner. We wave to her every day. What an excellent Care Centre, thanks.

I've always had wonderful experiences with Victoria in the way they care for my Mum. Prompt action is taken when needed. Simply spending time with her when she asks staff and an overall sense of kindness always.

I am completely happy with the staff, management, and activity team at Victoria Care Centre. My Father is also happy and well looked after. The level of care is of the highest standard and communication with family are always well-informed. If there are ever any issues Victoria Care will call us and explain everything in detail, overall 100/10.

My very close friend is a resident at Victoria Care Centre. When I do visit my friend I have noted the brilliant care he has been receiving from Victoria Care Centre. His family reported that they chose this home as it is an outstanding performance with care. Very caring and professional staff, a wide range of activities provided by the Victoria Care Centre, is so amazing. I do recommend anyone who deserves the best care.

I've been here 10 months. I have had excellent treatment on my press sore. The staff and management are very supportive and I have learned a lot. I'm fortunate to be in Victoria Care Centre. The care is amazing. The staff are very caring and understanding. The staff provide a variety of food and the activities are good.

Victoria Care Centre has the best facilities and care that I have seen in the entire local area of North London. I have sat many times with my Father and taken part in the activities that have been arranged. The staff at VCC are unbelievably caring and nothing is too much trouble. I have no hesitation in remembering VCC to anyone. It is brilliant.

I am writing to express my gratitude and share my experience at Victoria Care Centre. My son has been a resident of this facility since March 2022. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to observe the level of care and attention given to my son. I am deeply thoughtful of the compassion and dedication that the staff demonstrates, ensuring that my son's needs whether medical, emotional, or social are met with kindness and respect. The environment at the care centre is welcoming, clean, and well-maintained.

I am more than pleased with the support and care provided to my stepfather. All required needs partaking to my stepfather are met. I have been introduced to most of the staff and they answer all questions without hesitation. I am contacted whenever necessary.

I was a resident at Victoria Care Centre for nearly a year. My time with them was very positive. The rehab and O.J. services were excellent, far superior to the other care facilities I've stayed in. The physios were very experienced and supportive. All care and nursing staff were very kind and professional. They offer wonderful entertainment every day and is totally inclusive.

The Victoria Care Centre is a good service. The patients are well cared for and I am happy they have the resident's best interests at heart. I have witnessed many times the staff handling difficult situations with patience and compassion.

I'm very grateful to the staff and management team for their support in my mother's care. The food quality is a little lacking but overall my mother is quite happy and settled.

We have been very happy with the way that Victoria Care Centre has welcomed my brother as a new resident. All the staff have been so kind, attentive and professional. They have a real concern for my brother's well-being and have really helped him to settle into a new environment.
