The care and support mum received was excellent, she was treated with compassion, dignity, the nurses and care staff are amazing + go above + beyond for the people they care for. The domestic team, are very good at what they do, brightening mums day with their conversations whilst working. The kitchen always did their best to arrange alternative foods if mum wanted something different. Overall we cannot praise the manager + her teams enough for everything.

Due to declining health, my cousin has moved to Haddon Hall. As soon as I made contact and viewed the care home, I immediately knew he would be happy and professionally cared for. Even though it is early days, I feel he will be safe and receive the care he requires at this present time. Hopefully, I look forward to seeing an improvement in his health so that he can enjoy the facilities and activities offered at Haddon Hall.

Overall extremely satisfied, the ratings below reflect the changes in management which now is excellent and the resident I visited was not able to take part in many activities because of his health problems. Keep it up Hadden Hall Care Home, you are superb.

A totally positive experience for all our family. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional staff at all levels. Especially the end of life care given to our father and the support to the family at this time.

My sister-in-law has been a resident at Haddon Hall Care Home since August of this year. We visit at least three times a week and are always greeted in a warm and friendly manner by both office staff, management, service and nursing staff. The care and love the staff show towards the residents is obvious for all to see.

The team at Haddon Hall have provided a fantastic home for my dad. They have all worked hard to make sure that he feels cared for, understood and valued since his move seven months ago. We appreciate how well looked after he is and all the activities he has access to. He enjoys his life with his friends at Haddon Hall. We feel listened to as relatives and want to thank everybody.

You can understand the quality of care by the quality of the staff who provide it. From housekeeping to carers, management to hosts, nurses to admin, and kitchen team to activities, everyone at Haddon Hall is a joy to meet. Professional, caring, polite and jolly good fun, well done the Haddon Hall team.

I came here for two weeks of respite after feeling very low after the death of my husband and having a nasty chest infection, I felt the need for some care and rest. I have found this a wonderful experience. The staff are so caring, and nothing is too much trouble. I have really enjoyed my time here and will very likely return in the future if I feel the need.

Very clean, friendly staff, very good food for the residents what I have seen. They do very good events for residents and families and very good entertainment with very good singers.

From the welcome card and flowers on arrival to our departure, we experienced the wonderful care offered at Haddon Hall. We really appreciated the fact that staff ensured that they truly engaged with my mother despite her deafness. They also took the trouble to engage with the family and to ensure we knew and understood what was happening. We are very grateful.

The standard of care was excellent from start to finish. Proffessional and flexible for admittance and understanding of our mother's wishes and needs. The staff were consistently kind, patient and at times when necessary firm. We will most certainly recommend Haddon Hall Care Home to others. Thank you.

This home provides fabulous care for my mother. She has been there for 2 years and is cared for by a team of fabulous people. Her carers, the longstanding and incredibly hard-working and empathetic social and events team, the food, the excursions are all fabulous. Mum has been on van trips and outings, made lots of crafty things, and enjoyed singalongs and performances and movie nights. The team at Haddon Hall have become her extra family. My mum has benefitted hugely in her well-being and enjoys her time living at Haddon Hall. There are moments when I can see that there may be benefits from the management team having more empathy for their staff, and appreciating and respecting their efforts and time their staff spend caring and working with their residents. There have been a number of management changes in the time Mum has been there. Sometimes the staff seem to have been under a lot of time and roster pressure, but the care is and remains faultless for our Mum. We are so grateful to Haddon Hall.

The Haddon Hall Care Home was fantastic with Dad, and us a family. Everyone went above and beyond to settle us during an extremely difficult time. We were all looked after as family right until Dad passed, and afterwards! Thank you!

My mother was cared for by staff at Haddon for almost 7 months. The staff are friendly, caring, sympathetic and hard working. My sister and I were reassured that Mum was safe and looked after.

Without question Haddon Hall Care Home is outstanding. Every member of staff offers a personal service to residents and their families. The quality of the food preparation and service offers a varied menu and is always of excellent quality. The nursing care and personal care are wonderful, our father receives care at the highest level. We would highly recommend Haddon Hall so if you are considering a care home please come and take a look!

The care provided to Mum is excellent. The staff look after her very well and understand her needs. They manage her challenging behaviour without prejudice and very professionally. Haddon Hall is always clean and fresh, and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. I'm grateful for the support they have given me since Mum became a resident, it was a very difficult transition, and they helped me through it all.

Since my husband at Haddon, myself and the family have been more impressed as time has gone by. The place is lovely and clean with pleasant decor. The staff are all excellent and cannot do enough to help/support. We are kept up to date with anything happening to my husband, especially doctor reviews etc. The food is excellent, even if David is not eating a lot at the moment, this is not a reflection of how good the home-cooked food is.

My elderly, disabled relative has recently returned home following a week's respite care at the Haddon. Whilst there is no doubt the home is beautiful, what makes it shine are the wonderful, hardworking staff. Can't recommend highly enough!

Since my husband at Haddon, myself and the family have been more impressed as time has gone by. The place is lovely and clean with pleasant decor. The staff are all excellent and cannot do enough to help/support.
