Had a few issues settleing in. As we should as not a one thing suits all home. Everything sorted out, promptly, proffessionally and with dignity. Very very happy with my mums care.

Today I have visited my mum in Britten Court Care Home and as always the care and attention was top-notch. My mum never wanted to be in a care home. But this place has changed her view and although not initially what she wanted, Mum enjoys the staff's help and attention to detail that they provide. Almost better than a 5* hotel. I thoroughly recommend Britten Court.

I have left three categories blank for the following reasons. Food and drink - my mother-in-law refused food. Activities - my mother-in-law was confined to bed. Value for money - the placement was funded by the NHS.

I cannot praise this nursing home highly enough. It is a wonderful establishment that clearly cares for its residents and will do everything in their power to make them happy, safe and cared for. In the space of a week, my mother-in-law is a different person! She is stimulated, valued and as a family, we know she is in the best place. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Since my mother-in-law's arrival earlier in 2023, Britten Court immediately became her "home from home"! The care of all the staff has been exemplary, professional, attentive, sympathetic, affectionate and friendly. As a family, we couldn't be happier to see how she has settled and embraced Britten Court as her new home and an extension of her family. The residents are engaged in activities without being demeaning and patronising but rather encouraging individual interests and pursuits. There is always something "going on"/being organised and all the staff go "above and beyond"! We don't live locally all the time, and so her home at Britten Court gives us complete peace of mind knowing she's so happy! In summary, one word, "excellent"!

The staff and facilities are first class and are looking after my sister well. Even when we have challenging days with her, the carers keep her calm.

I came to visit my sister - I normally visit weekly. This visit was normal. Staff are very friendly. My sister's room was immaculately clean, as always. She was cheerful and appeared to have a very good relationship with her carers. Overall, I have peace of mind to know she is being looked after in such a wonderful place.

My mother has been a resident here for 11 months and I can honestly say the care home have been brilliant. She received a warm welcome as soon as she arrived, and the staff have been so accommodating and helpful towards my mum. Every so often a resident is 'resident of the day' and I especially like this as the care home check in with the family and chat about anything.

In comparison to other places Mum has been, this is a modern, relaxed atmosphere with constantly available care. The care for Mum is appropriate, friendly and understanding. The staff are always welcoming and continue to look after all of Mum's needs. The facilities are good and enable Mum to feel comfortable in the home.

Lovely, friendly staff and care home standard is excellent. They do a lot of activities for the residents which are brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

I could not have wished for a better care home for my mum to be cared for in her last days. The staff are amazing. My mum was treated with dignity and respect at all times. The staff looked after me and my family so well, always making sure we had something to eat and drink. Every single staff member in the building had a smile on their face and were so welcoming. When Mum passed, I had a phone call from the funeral home who told me how lovely Mum looked when they collected her. That was so comforting. Thank you so much, everyone.

The staff provide a warm and welcoming homely environment. They care about the residents and also the resident's family. The staff at Britten Court are kind and caring. They demonstrate passion in the work they do. I feel my mum is being very well looked after.

My mother has been a resident here for 11 months and I can honestly say the care home have been brilliant. She received a warm welcome as soon as she arrived, and the staff have been so accommodating and helpful towards my mum.
