I am a weekly visitor to Ebor Court. I always receive a warm, professional welcome at reception. I visit residents on all floors in the social areas and am accompanied to individuals' rooms. The home is extremely clean, the residents are well looked after (with personalised rooms that are clean and appear to be well fed) with plenty of activities to engage them. The staff are kind, actively involved and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ebor Court as it provides a caring and supportive environment. I can't comment on all categories below as I am only a visitor.

Being at Ebor Court gives us peace of mind that mother is safe, well cared for, well fed and has access to safe bathing. She has companionship and stimulation from being able to talk to others and take part in a wide variety of activities. The staff are kind and supportive and keep us well informed.

Care is excellent. There has been a lack of leisure activities in the last few months but a new Lifestyle Manager has now been appointed, who is full of verve, so all is back on track now.

I love this place. Every time I come and visit my father-in-law I am amazed by their friendliness of the staff. Everybody is ever so nice and caring. They make you feel your are part of it. Star rating.

My father has resided at Ebor Court since the beginning of August. As a family, we are very happy with his residence here. The staff are friendly and show my father respect as well as caring for him excellently We have the peace of mind of knowing he is in a safe and secure environment with staff who look after him so very well.

We are so pleased with Ebor Court Care Home and it's staff. The front of house/office managers are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The senior carers and their staff are the same when we go trough to visit our loved one. I noticed that all the staff are so caring towards the residents and all the residents are lovely. We are happy to say that our loved one is safe and well cared for in this care home.

My mum has been a resident here for just over 2 years. I was happy from my very first phone call and meeting staff members when being shown around the facilities. My mum and I visited the home for a few weeks attending their regular Wednesday coffee morning when Mum was able to meet staff members and some residents. She made Ebor Court her permanent home some 6 weeks later. She is very happy living there and is great friends with all the caring staff. The activities provided in the home are fantastic and there are some outside visits too. There is certainly something for everyone. The staff keep me up to date with any issues and I very much appreciate this.

The genuine care and friendliness of all the staff is palpable. Management are available at all times to greet one and answer any queries. The care staff convey a sense of ease and calm whilst being alert and meticulously attentive to individual or medical needs. Personal tasks such as bathing are done with the utmost respect and kindness. Everything is done to promote security and comfort and to ensure peace of mind. The entire building is tastefully furnished and clean. Ebor Court provides a place where home, in the true sense of the word, can be recreated. Thank you to everyone.

Dad had lived on his own for over 50 years so when the time came for him to move into a care home we knew it was going to be an upheaval. Covid precautions were in place at the time so for the first two weeks of moving to Ebor Court Dad had to isolate in his room, staff were understanding and reassuring and I felt dad was in a safe environment. The home itself is welcoming, bright, tastefully decorated, clean and homely. Management and front of house are always pleasant and helpful. I feel dad is well cared for by all staff and that is a big relief for me and my family, knowing he is well and happy.

Mum has lived at Ebor Court for eighteen months now, where she continues to receive excellent care and support. It’s a joy to visit and witness her much-improved health and well-being. She really enjoys the café and other activities. The staff are first class and try very hard to make it a fulfilling and safe place to live.

Nice clean and friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff. Father is happy and settled as could be hoped for. I have no issues with his care. I would not hesitate to recommend Ebor Court.

Our elderly parent moved into Ebor in May 2023 at a difficult time in our lives. Ebor offered safety, care and professionalism which provided critical support for both the parent and the rest of the family. Ebor has kept to its promises of continuing compassionate care, and we have no hesitation in recommending the home and its staff to other potential residents.

Ebor Court has provided a wonderfully caring home for my mother-in-law. The professionalism of the team has been a real support and comfort to my wife and our family at a very difficult time. They put lots of energy and creativity into providing a deeply caring, fun and warm environment. They are also very skilled in meeting the medical and mental health needs of the residents, giving access to a wide range of professionals who understand and can meet those needs. We are delighted that we have the support of Ebor Court at this demanding time in our life.

There is always a very warm welcome for me and my family as soon as we step through the front door. We can see Mum is in a safe, clean and stimulating environment. There is an atmosphere of fun which is seen through the provision of quality, colourful and relevant displays around the home which are updated throughout the seasons. All of the staff have been very caring towards Mum and also to our family. We can clearly see she is happy and very well looked after. There is always gentle encouragement by the staff to join in the activities and respect if she declines.

The home has very caring staff. Our family cannot fault their commitment to the residents and their families. We are kept well up to date with Mum's movements and health. Mum is so positive about her care, despite having dementia and is stimulated to be active mentally and physically.

My brother came for respite care a year ago after a long stay in hospital. He was made so welcome that he wanted to stay and funded himself for a long-term stay. He has complex medical needs as well as mental needs being Bipolar of 16 years. Every aspect of this home is truly top-notch, care, food and activities are amazing and have such an eye for detail and this reflects on all the staff.
