I am extremely happy with the care being received for my dad from Karuna Manor. They've welcomed him here and made it feel like home. And his overall mental well-being is in a much better state. All the staff are very supportive and cater to all his needs.

Thank you so much for looking after my mum so well throughout the time that she was at Karuna Manor from June 2021 to October 2024. When she passed you gave her so much love and compassion and kept her comfortable right to the end. She had a lot of love and respect for everyone at Karuna and she felt very much at home here. I have been so impressed with the care, level of service and cleanliness of Karuna Manor. My grandma is so well looked after here and the team are incredibly, welcoming and friendly. It's clear that they put 100% into making this place a home and I can't thank the staff enough! The food, the facilities and the care is truly 10/10.

My mum has been at the Karuna Care Home for over 8 years. It provides excellent compassionate care. Thanks to all the staff who are very well trained and friendly, always with a smile. A huge thanks to the catering team for the outstanding quality, consistency, and choice of meals even for strict dietary requirements. Not to forget the entertainment team who show boundless energy and enthusiasm in engaging with the residents. They are all a second family to us.

Seen a big difference since she came to this care home 3 years ago. Carers and management are very helpful and interact with her a lot.

Please note my late brother who was a resident at Karuna Manor since 20th July 2022. The management nurses and all the staff members selflessly and tirelessly took excellent care of my brother. Care services at Karuna Manor are outstanding. The staff are very polite, highly humble and caring. God bless all at Karuna Manor.

My sister was at Karuna Manor for the last 7 years. She was very happy here with food, care and the wide range of activities provided by the care home. She enjoyed all the religious festivals celebrated. All the staff were very courteous and encouraged her. My family appreciated the weekly video calls with my sister as some of them lived far away and could not visit her regularly. Communication with staff regarding care was excellent.

A beautiful, cultured home ideally suited to veg/Gujarati community. The home is spacious with excellent facilities and amenities. Wide variety of activities and events regularly organised. But the most important aspect of the home is the staff and the care they provide to all their residents. It's a big relief and pleasing for us family to know that our loved one is looked after so well.

Karuna Manor has definitely exceeded our expectations. Our mum was so well looked after during the three years that she spent there. She was so happy and the staff could not do enough for her. The manager runs the place so well. You feel the warmth as soon as you enter. Our family would recommend this home without any hesitation. Thank you to all the staff for their love and care.

A heartfelt thank you to Karuna Manor staff for caring for my late mother and father. You are, for us, a beacon of good practice. Your team are thoughtful and nurturing. This is very carefully laid out as part of the well-being element which is critical to the holistic approach of caring for the patients but it goes beyond, much, much more as you made the family feel calm that our beloved parents were in good safe hands with us being away from London this was comforting and helped the wellbeing dynamic for our family. Thank you for the use of the beautiful temple, for our prayers, for mummy's beautiful send-off and all the staff for their help.

My relative is a resident at Karuna Manor Care Home, whom I visit regularly. On my recent visit on the 10th of November 2023, Karuna Manor had organised an amazing singing group for the residents as a Diwali celebration. All the residents seemed to enjoy the music and the songs. They also provided light foods and soft drinks for everyone. I have witnessed personally all the effort and genuine care Karuna Manor and all the staff provide to its residents. Well done, everyone, at Karuna Manor.

My mum has been a resident of Karuna Manor since 2016. I feel blessed to have found such a beautiful home for my mum who requires dementia care. All staff, ranging from carers, nurses, admin staff, priests, maintenance, cleaning staff, and wellbeing coordinators all the way to management, are all so respectful and caring towards Mum. They all know her individually and understand what she needs. The food is also of top quality. I have no hesitation in recommending Karuna to anyone. In summary, Mum is very well cared for.

The service given to my relative is outstanding at all times by the management, nurses and all the staff members. They are very kind, polite, helpful, gentle and considerate to by brother-in-law. We, as family members, visit regularly. The manager is very competent manageress and discharges her duties diligently and efficiently. My brother-in-law feels very happy and safe at Karuna Manor ever since he arrived here.

I am very pleased with this care home. The carers and care is very good. The carers are friendly, compassionate and understanding. The management staff are very helpful and cooperative. The activity team keeps residents active and entertained. The homemade food is varied and tasty and according to residents' choices.

In their roles, they demonstrate the ability to add value to everything they do with their dedication, creativity and kindness and their care and respect for the elderly. My mother is very happy. My sincere appreciation, gratitude and thanks for everything you are doing for my mother.
