I bought my father to Netley Court beginning November 2024. He was very reluctant to leave his home and go somewhere strange for him. With the kindness, care, support of all the staff Dad began to respond to all the staff's lovely manner towards him. Nothing at all was too much trouble for them and he was regularly checked on through the day and night - cups of tea at any time within the 24 hours. The staff were extremely supportive to me and my family, at all times, keeping me up to date of how Dad was managing, food intake and speaking with his Doctor on numerous occasions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Netley Court in every way. I would like to say a massive thank you to all staff at NC (on every level) for giving my Dad a very peaceful loving experience in his last 7 months of his life. Thank you.

We looked for a care home for my father in law for a while and after being recommend to go and look at Netley Court we decided to make a visit. The impression we received was of a very caring home where the staff were clearly involved with the residents on a personal level and it was obvious that this was a really well run care home with caring staff and management. The food was excellent and staff happy to make something for you off the main menu if required. There were also numerous activities going on and all displayed on the activity board in order that we could preplan. I would have no hesitation in recommending Netley Court to any prospective user.

My father and mother have been booked into Netley Court. My father came directly from his home and my mother from hospital. The process has been carried out with compassion and professionalism by the nursing and admission staff.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the team at Netley Court Care Home for their exceptional care and support of my 96-year-old father. Living far away, I was initially worried about finding the right place for him after a few falls that led to hospital stays. After much family discussion, we arranged a respite stay at Netley Court, just 11 minutes from my home. From the start, I was impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. My father, who values his independence, felt comfortable and well cared for. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about their residents and went out of their way to make him feel respected. Though he chose to return home after his stay, the team has been incredibly supportive and understanding. I'm reassured knowing he'll be in good hands when he returns for a respite stay over Christmas. Thank you to everyone at Netley Court for your kindness, patience, and ongoing support.

This heart-felt thanks is for the manager, without his care and attention to a very frightened mother, she would not have left her home. He was so gentle and understanding with her not only getting her out of her home but into his car was amazing. Kept reassuring her throughout the journey and also once we got to the care home the chap was brilliant. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him.

My mum had an excellent stay at Netley Court, despite her initial trepidation. The management and care were first-class. Mum's feedback on return was that she enjoyed the stay and would like to stay there again when respite is needed. Upon her return, we noticed an improvement in her physical as well as mental state. She enjoyed taking part in the activities and mentioned that all the staff who took care of her were wonderful. Thank you all at Netley Court.

We are aware that my aunty can be difficult but the care that she receives is brilliant. She is constantly encouraged to join in with activities and she loves chatting to staff.

We have been delighted by the care given at Netley Court. The staff have been wonderful. Their kindness has made such a difference to Mum. The activities team provide constant stimulation through a comprehensive programme of events. The food served is of a very high quality and has restored Mum's interest in eating, which has benefitted her in so many ways. From the moment we arrived at Netley Court we were made to feel welcome. The home is beautifully warm and very clean. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My friend had not been eating prior to her stay, but the excellent food and dining experience soon enticed her to eat, and so she started to get well very soon. After two weeks respite care, she was so much better. Thank you everyone.

My parents are both residents at Netly Court. They have settled well because of the care they receive from the staff. I am updated regularly on any issues. During my visits I am always made very welcome.

As the first point of contact, one member of staff is the most amazing member of your team. She knows everyone by name, she's always smiling, and nothing is too much trouble. She is part of what makes Netley Court home. The whole team are incredible. I know my dad is safe and happy - thank you.

Netley Court Care Home continues to exceed our expectations. It has the best team of staff you could wish for. Lots of activities, delicious food, and a happy, relaxed atmosphere, together with medical support when required.

Staff are very courteous and helpful, and the facilities and food are amazing. My father-in-law is very happy here and enjoys all the entertainment that is put on. Recommend it to others happily.

As soon as you walk through the door, you are treated with a warm welcome and a genuine smile from the receptionist. Nothing is too much trouble, and she goes the extra mile for everyone. I have no qualms that my friend is well looked after and wants for nothing. He is definitely at home here and loves his room.

We are always greeted by the biggest smiles on staff/receptionists' faces. Dad is happy and content, and his needs are well-catered for. Staff talk to us about what they are doing and listen to what we have to say, remembering we know Dad the best. Dad being in a home was not an easy decision, but we know that if he has to be cared for in one by others, there is no place we'd rather him be.

In my husband's (resident) words, "This place is a nice place", which is all I can ask for as his wife of 64 years. Having to find a home for my husband has not been easy at all, but knowing how well he is cared for, respected and looked after is very reassuring. Being able to drive myself here every day to visit and being supported by staff myself is more than I could wish for. We all feel part of a community.
