My mum spent 9 years at Kingsbury Court. She was extremely well looked after and treated with care and affection. Her dignity was always maintained and the staff were superb. I live abroad but I was always kept closely informed. I highly recommend Kingsbury Court and am grateful Mum was in their care.

Lovely care home, very kind and helpful staff. Entertainment very good and run by a lovely lady. Mother-in-law is very happy. The room is lovely and looks out onto the garden, beautiful.

The home is so friendly and welcoming especially the head of lifestyle. She is always helpful and the staff are also brilliant.

My wife was received into Kingsbury Court after an 8-week stay in hospital. From day one, she was greeted by very friendly staff, and throughout her first week of change was made to feel at home. To date, she has received exceptional care by every staff member. Her room, facilities, food and activities are all geared to her needs, which helps me to accept her new home. Management too must be applauded for all their help/guidance to my wife, family and myself.

My sister-in-law has settled in well. The staff really care for her and she is smiling again.

Nan seems settled here and often gets checked in on whilst I am visiting. Events used to engage Nan a lot in the activities and the staff are always very friendly (in the majority) but Nan doesn't want to take part in much now in activities. Always very clean and tidy home with a homely atmosphere.

Mum has been here for 4 months, we are so happy with the service and care. She has been given. The rooms are clean, well-equipped and comfortable, the food and facility are lovely. We are very happy that our mum is being so well looked after. Everyone on the team here is very nice and they all care so much about their job.

We visited for a 96th birthday party. Chef made a fantastic ice cream cake for the celebration. The activity coordinator made such a special effort to ensure our party had a fabulous celebration. As always the Kingsbury Court staff have gone above and beyond for my dear mother-in-law.

On entering the building you feel a sense of calm seeing how clean and well kept the home is. I have been in the very lovely garden several times. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this home.

We were here for a birthday party for my husband's grandmother and it was beautiful! The staff did a wonderful job decorating and making the day special. They made a beautiful cake and it was so amazing!

Kingsbury is excellent. The staff are wonderful. We love going there, but there needs to be more training, for all things to do with changing urine bags so the urine does not spill! There is not enough car parking sometimes.

I am a friend of a resident and being in this care home is a big pleasure. On each visit, I have support from the staff. All the time they have smiles on their faces and are very helpful. Each small problem is solved and very quickly. Their job and duties are done to a very good quality. They are professional at each point. Rooms are clean, and tidying up is done on each of my visits. There is water on the customer desk.
