My mum could not have been made more welcome. My mum is very happy and feels stimulated and secure. Mum says "I am very happy here. This is my home now. I don't want to go back to my old house."

Beech Hall is the most welcoming of care homes, with the most generous and attentive of staff. My mother-in-law is in safe hands and has a beaming smile every time we visit.

I can't believe how wonderful this home is. Everyone makes you feel welcome and treat the place as if it's my mum's home. Everyone is so friendly and happy to be there and work there. There is always something going on. When I came last Wednesday, the had an Irish party with Irish dances, it was fabulous. My mum really enjoyed it. She feels happier here.

My mum has lived at Beech Hall for 3 years and we all, as a family now view Beech Hall as her home. She is safe and well cared for and the staff all know her very well and are able to recognise immediately when she's having an off day. We as a family love to visit, we feel very welcome here and can visit Mum at any time without issue. I'd recommend Beech Hall to anybody, it's a lovely care home with kind and very caring staff who have my mum's best interests at heart.

Every time I have seen my grandad he is always being looked after by staff. He is fed meals that look really tasty and nutritional. Very clean place and extremely friendly staff who are always willing to help.

I can't say enough about this place. Since my dad has been here, his life seems so much better. The place is clean, the food looks great and the staff are amazing, they all are so nice, I've not a bad word to say about them. Thank you all very much.

The home is immaculate. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. Our mum has settled very well and now calls Beech Hall her home, this is very reassuring and makes us feel a lot happier.

Since moving to Beech Hall Care Home, my mam has settled in well and is, most of the time, very happy here. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The care home staff always help and are very friendly to family when they visit my mam.

Always made to feel welcome by all staff. Supervisors are very knowledgeable and keep me informed of my mother's progress, activities or issues. Very professional attitude and care.

I find Beech Hall is a great place for my mother to live. She seems very happy here and looks well looked after. I find that very comforting.
