My uncle was a resident at Cuffley Manor Care Home for four and a half years and was wonderfully cared for, especially in the last twelve months in his 100th year. All his requests were carried out and special praise goes to the maintenance manager whom he regularly called upon. He enjoyed the varied menu and ate everything placed in front of him. The staff were caring and any ailments dealt with quickly. The Cuffley Manor Manager ensured that he was properly looked after - she went above and beyond to ensure that he was comfortable and as happy as he could be and had a very good relationship with him.

Without a doubt a first class care home. Where all the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend.

The care here is second to none. Everyone is made to feel like family, which is my favourite part of my nan being here! The team are all amazing.

This care facility lived up to my expectations and beyond. TLC is justified as tender, loving care. Every member of staff I met were kind and polite. The nursing staff are very patient in sometimes difficult circumstances. My mother needed respite and the manager was willing to assess her needs at short notice. Mother has told me how good the food is and she enjoyed many of the activities. No complaints.

Warm welcoming staff as soon as you enter home. It's perfect. Everyone so kind. My friend is very happy here.

On my visit to the home today, I found everyone so helpful. Everywhere was so clean, spotless. There was plenty of activity for the residents and they all looked happy and contented. I know a couple of people who have staying in the home, who were very happy.

My third visit to an old friend. Everything is excellent standard, the care sympathetic. She seems settled and content.

Family reunion lunch, all managed very well. The room very pleasant, table decorated well. Food (finger) very good and good quality. Staff very helpful, smiley and willing. Overall very good experience enjoyed by my sister who is mostly bed bound. Thank you.

Whilst my mother was at the home, she was very well looked after. The staff were always most understanding of her needs, as her mental health deteriorated due largely to her dementia. Towards the end of August, her general health worsened and during her final days, her carers were exceptional in the manner in which they cared for her, ensuring she was always comfortable and pain free. Her passing could not have been better managed or peaceful.

As a visitor, I am very impressed by the staff and the facilities. I don't have experience of food or rooms but my friend says they are good.

The staff and the care is exceptional and could not ask for better. Putting my husband into care was the hardest decision I have ever made. I still feel guilt, but in the end, it was right for him. Cuffley Manor is like a first class country hotel. I love it.

I came to celebrate my Grandfather's 90th and we ate in the guest room. The food and catering were delicious and the table was set beautifully. All of the staff were very communicative and very friendly. We all had a great time.

Found my friend to be presentably dressed and in good spirits. The room is clean and tidy. Reception friendly. Staff helpful. Overall appearance property is good.

Cuffley Manor is an exceptional care home. We couldn't be happier with the care my Mum receives here. This was the best decision we made. Everyone who works here is fantastic, the best there is. The management is outstanding.

Cuffley Manor is like a 5-star hotel. The staff are very friendly, caring and respectful. The gardens are well looked after and there is lovely seating in different areas for residents and visitors. I would recommend Cuffley Manor to anybody who is looking for residential care.

My mother has been a resident at Cuffley Manor for 18 months. From the moment she moved in she has been looked after with kindness and respect. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are available to talk to and treat Mum as an individual. I would (and have) recommend Cuffley to others.
