View Full Details of Beaumont HouseMy mum was a resident of Beaumont House for five years. She loved being there from day one. She was happy to know that she was secure and well cared for. Her fear was that if she became dependent and needed more care she would have to move. This last year she has become frailer and did indeed need extra care. Beaumont House was wonderful they cared for mum up to the day she passed away. We as a family are grateful that she was able to stay in her 'forever home'!
My dad has been at Beaumont House since October 2022. The team have been amazing throughout, going above and beyond to support us with Dad's increasing needs. He is so happy there and loves all of the staff. They also provide support to us as his family with good communication of his needs. Could not recommend them more! The manager and the team go above and beyond to make sure Dad is well looked after, has the best care and, most of all is happy. They have put so much in place to ensure Dad can stay in his home for as long as possible. The care and attention from the team are more than ever could be expected or asked for. A true family environment.
This year I have become more acquainted with Beaumont House since the passing of my brother and am deeply grateful to the Manager and her professional and attentive staff for their exceptional care of my remaining sister-in-law. She is 74 with mobility/cognitive issues making life exceedingly difficult but because of their patience and understanding I know I can rely on them to look after her. They are always available by phone or e-mail, and nothing is too much trouble. Beaumont House offers an independent, warm and friendly environment with a restaurant facility, a communal comfortable lounge with TV /Video and 24-hour care and security. It is clean and well maintained with pleasant gardens that can easily be accessed. Some local supermarkets are a few minutes walk away and can also be safely approached by mobility scooter. The visitor's parking is free and only a short walk from the main building. I can highly recommend Beaumont House.
Very helpful, even in difficult circumstances. They really do their very best to accommodate any needs, etc. I would like to say a massive thank you to them for caring for my 92-year-old mother. She has been living there for over 18 months and is happy with her way of living and the care received.
The level of care and understanding of my mother's needs is of a very high standard. The day to day carers are caring and supportive to her demands and I am confident that any emergency will be dealt with professionally, keeping the family informed. Manager and staff are very approachable.
I am very pleased with the service at Beaumont House. The staff are very friendly and support the residents well. The activities are organised amongst the residents. Its a pity more don't support it. My mother suffers from COPD and the flat she in was opposite a building site which was causing breathing problems. I approached the management about moving that's. This was done with the support of the general manager. I would say an overall good standard and would recommend the service to others.
My Dad is 96 years old. In April 2017 he had a fall and broke his hip and has been in Beaumont House since 18th December 2017. The improvement since then has been fantastic. I would like to thank all personnel involved. As far as I am concerned Beaumont House is excellent and highly recommend.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good no complaints at all.
The staff are good. The place is good. What more could you want? The grounds are nice. This quote from another person reflects the opinion of most of the residents of this house. This had been a very positive move and has set my wife and I up well for the future.
I have no regrets in making the move to Beaumont House. The apartments are spacious and airy. You feel safe because you have 24-hour care on hand. The care staff are a good team, always cheerful, caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We appreciate it is not always an easy job. Our manager is always cheerful and ready to advise. She is very approachable and fair. I would recommend Beaumont House to anyone.
I feel very safe and cared for here. The only issue I have is with the meal service. I do not feel I'm getting the right vitamins - no fresh fruit or vegetables. The worst part is having to pay for meals even if you don't have them. Food is often overcooked and cold. Since complaining, things have improved slightly.
Both my wife and I found Beaumont to be an excellent, wonderful experience. Staff are brilliant and caring.
It was very obvious on my first visit to Beaumont House that the management and staff were on the ball and knew their business very well. Management and staff were extremely helpful, respectful, polite, interested and made some very helpful recommendations to me. The flat itself has everything needed, warm, light and airy with every convenience. My father, aged 92 is far happier here and wants for nothing. I cannot praise management and staff highly enough. I give them, sincere thanks for their efforts.
