My father, who has Dementia, moved into Kingsley in April 2022. He is very comfortable in his own room surrounded by personal belongings. The home is warm and welcoming, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outside space during the warmer months is a lovely accessible area well used by residents and visitors alike. Dad thoroughly enjoys the high standard of meals and home baking. His room is always immaculate and the general level of cleanliness throughout the home is very good. Kingsley is very fortunate to have a wonderful activities team who provide a varied programme of events and activities that my Dad has willingly participated in. Regardless of how pleasant the surroundings are the most important element of any home is the care and attention residents receive. All the staff at Kingsley help support my Dad with all activities of daily living looking after his health and welfare. This excellent care is led by the wonderful manager and her team of nursing staff and carers. Thank you.

Kingsley Care Home have been so welcoming and accommodating towards my Uncle, making him feel at home during the difficult transition of leaving his own home. He has a lovely room, the care for his personal needs is excellent, the standard of food is second to none. The staff are all very professional, friendly and caring. Whenever we visit they are always lovely.

My mum has been living in Kingsley Care Home for over six months now, and she is very well looked after. She speaks very highly of the staff, and I have seen how kind they are to her. The care home accommodation is incredibly clean and modern, with a lovely tranquil outdoor area. I am very impressed by the number and quality of activities organised for the residents, and as I don't live locally, the regularly updated Facebook page gives me and my family pleasure and comfort to see our Mum/Granny/Great Granny happy and laughing. My mum looks so well since she moved into Kingsley and Facetimes me regularly to show me her newly done manicure or hairdo from the onsite salon. Keep up the fabulous work, Kingsley!

My sister had a severe stroke causing paralysis on her right side and a lack of speech. Kingsley Care staff have been very understanding of my sister's situation and have been very attentive in her care. The home appears to be very well run, and the staff are very approachable and helpful.

Kingsley Care is outstanding. The staff are very warm and welcoming and the care that they give the residents is fantastic, the management team go above and beyond with the way they treat everyone and how exceptionally friendly they are when entering the care home. So as this one goes, Kingsley Care is amazing from all levels of staff.

All the staff are very friendly, caring and approachable. Our friend has settled in well thanks to the care and attention she receives from the care staff. The home itself is clean and bright and the facilities are excellent and there is a programme of activities for the residents to take part in.

My dad has settled in beautifully since he came into the home in July this year, thanks to the friendliness and care of all the staff. He seems to have completely forgotten his old flat, which he loved, and has accepted Kingsley as his new home, although he can't understand how he owns the whole place! From my point of you, and that of my two brothers, we are delighted with the level of care and, once again, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - nurses, ancillary, activities co-ordinator and administrative staff. Dad is so happy, and we can't believe that we've found such a caring place for him to live out his life. We can't thank everyone enough.

My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's dementia, and when my father-in-law became ill in June 2022, it became immediately apparent to us just how advanced it was and how much my father-in-law was dealing with. We initially had a respite space but when my father-in-law's diagnosis came back as terminal, this respite care became permanent. I cannot praise the staff enough. They arrange such great experiences for the residents and the nursing staff and carers are phenomenal. The rooms are so clean (thank you housekeeping!) and everyone is amazing. The manager has done a wonderful job arranging optical and dental appointments for everyone and making sure everyone is looked after.

A fabulous care home which is well kept bright and welcoming with dedicated professional staff which provided great care and support to residents and their families always approachable and knowledgeable nothing too much trouble across all teams including management always happy to engage and answer any questions. Lots of activities for residents to enjoy and a high standard of home-cooked meals and baking. My mum has settled well and as a family, we can't thank all staff enough for the care provided.

My dad has settled well into Kingsley Care Home. The staff are so caring and get to know all the residents and family well. The environment is so welcoming and extremely clean. Dad has enjoyed all the meals and the kitchen staff see to everyone's needs. The staff are very knowledgeable about my dad's condition and always give us support when needed. They treat him with dignity and respect. The family are so happy that dad has such a lovely place to stay and be safe. His room and the environment is very homely definitely a home from home. The manager is so lovely and she always takes time with the family even when she is busy. A big thank you to all at Kingsley you are the best.

The care is good and my dad wears clean clothes every day. The staff are very kind. My dad is very settled. He enjoys the food and surroundings. He has a nice room and has different sitting areas to sit in during the day.

Mum has been a resident at Kingsley for the past six months and we are generally happy with this arrangement. Staff are very good and caring and the activities staff have organised a wide range of things to do and visits from outside entertainers. The care home is fairly new so rooms and common areas are bright and modern.

My sister has been a resident for only a few months, but during this time I have been impressed by the cleanliness of the home and the commitment, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There is always a nice atmosphere around the home, created by the staff and my sister seems happy and comfortable. I am pleased to see my sister in a safe and happy place.

My mum moved into Kingsley in June and has settled in so well thanks to the compassion and high standard of care the staff have shown her. The team are so hardworking and friendly. Me and my sister feel a sense of relief knowing she is safe and well looked after. The meals provided are excellent and there are plenty of activities for the residents to take part in.

Kingsley Care Home is a special place which treats its residents with compassion and dignity. My mother has settled so well thanks to the hard work and commitment of an amazing team of staff. The facilities, cleanliness, food and activities available are first class. Kingsley is a happy place and I am so glad my mum is safe and happy there too.

My mum has been in the care home for 4 weeks and the care she has received has been excellent. Staff are all lovely and seem very caring. The home itself is very clean and bright. There have been many activities that my mum has taken part in and enjoyed. She has also said that the food is lovely.

My mother entered the care home world in October 2018. The facility is excellent, bright and good sized bedroom. Small and personable dining area and sitting rooms with a number of break out areas where you can chat to your relative. Food and menu very good and nutritious. Staff both care and activities excellent. Manager on site approachable.

My mum has been in the care home for 4 weeks and the care she has received has been excellent. Staff are all lovely and seem very caring. The home itself is very clean and bright. There have been many activities that my mum has taken part in and enjoyed. She has also said that the food is lovely.
