What a wonderful afternoon! (Pre-Valentine love week) The thought inspiration and work which went into the Valentine's quiz event was mind-boggling. It was a great quiz with very tempting rewards! It got everyone thinking and was well presented. This was accompanied by booze and the most splendid strawberry tea, enhanced with rose petals. Gave us all a splendid treat!

Overall we are very happy with the care provided. The resident of the month is a good idea but the notes made on the care plan are not always followed up or enacted. We would suggest some of the activities could be focused more on those with active minds to encourage more socialising. The staff are very willing to help and show competence in what they do. Sometimes my dad doesn't ask for help or is reticent to accept it when offered, this is no fault of the staff! Thank you to the whole team for their care and perseverance. I would be glad if extra support could be offered to them eg massage/occasional treat.

Greenview Hall is a truly lovely home. The carers, management and support staff are kind, helpful, generous and professional at all times, often going beyond expectations in their thoughtfulness.

Mum was admitted to Greenview in early November 2024 having had a stroke. Mum has mild dementia. The team at Greenview couldn't have been more helpful. They were able to hold and secure a room for Mum on the memory unit and since arriving Mum has settled really well. Previously, my mother-in-law was also at Greenview, (Gracewell) and this is partly why we chose Greenview as a residential care home for Mum. The staff are truly amazing, supportive, understanding, caring and most of all they offer Mum the security and safety she requires and treating her with the utmost dignity and respect. The activities are plenty and Mum has already joined in the exercise classes and listening to a local school, with a choir service. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenview to anyone looking for a residential care home offering memory care support.

I visited Greenview Hall, always most welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all kind, lovely and very attentive. Nothing is too much for them. Residents are all happy and engaged. Very lovely warm environment. Highly recommend. It is very clean and modern. We had freshly made cookies and home-baked cakes.

All staff are kind, patient and so friendly. Mum hasn't been at the home very long but they are already like family. They keep us very up-to-date with health and social matters. We can already see an improvement in her quality of life.

It appears that the home is of good quality. The staff have been pleasant and helpful when approached. It is a warm environment and bright and cheerful. The menus look good and the facilities for visitors is excellent.

Mum has just moved into this wonderful home. I've looked at many and this suits my lovely mum just perfectly. On entering the home the staff are friendly and professional. You can't help but smile. Mum has a beautiful ground-floor room with a decked area to chill out. This is such a safe place. I would recommend to everyone. There are many dining rooms and lounges and also a very easy-to-enter garden. Thank you to all the staff at Greenview.

I am always very pleased to visit my husband at Greenview Hall. He always looks well-presented, clean and happy. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and always have a sunny disposition. I feel that with his dementia, he is in the best place he could be.

All the staff are friendly, helpful, caring, capable and try their very best to look after my wife. The menu is varied and the kitchen do well in providing good quality meals. There is a warm atmosphere about the home and any concern can be raised and dealt with quickly and professionally.

My mum is happy in this modern care home. The team is friendly and helpful. She is looked after well. It would be nice if the weekends had more activities, as not all residents have visitors. The menu choice is good and varied.

Greenview Hall has provided my mother with amazing care. I cannot recommend it more highly. The care staff are all so friendly and helpful. The management team are brilliant and caring. Greenview cannot do more to look after my mum. Greenview is simply outstanding. It absolutely deserves an outstanding certificate from the CQC on its latest inspection this year.

I moved into the home in February 2023. I would not pick one member of staff to highlight because everyone has made me feel welcome and at home. I enjoy the activities, and the staff take time to talk to me to pass the time. Whenever I need something for my room, they help e and always come quickly. They stay in touch with my family and always welcome them to use the facilities on Mohter's Day/my birthday. I didn't think I'd be content with living in a care home, but the care and attention I receive here have really changed my mind.

My grandmother has been a resident at Greenview Hall since February this year. Our experience of the care home has been entirely positive. It was a big change for our family as my grandmother was previously living at home, and her health had deteriorated quickly. On admission, the team were lovely and very supportive. It was an emotional day, but all the team, from reception, care staff and managers were so kind and supportive. Since moving in, everyone has gone above and beyond to make Greenview her home, from making a fuss on her birthday to helping her personalise her bedroom. I am entirely grateful that my grandmother is in the hands of such trustworthy people.

The carers and staff are all very pleasant, caring and obliging. One or two issues with things going missing but that's the nature of the place and residents. All spotlessly clean and Covid outbreaks dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I am grateful that there is a caring, kind and supportive group of care staff around my mum. I'm grateful too for the way they always welcome me and other family members when we visit. We could not have chosen a better home.

All the carers are very kind and professional and their communication with us is also very good. Mum would like a bit more variety in her food. Frequent help with the TV would also be appreciated.
