Thank you so much for your care for my aunt during her last days and hours, and prior to that. I always felt when visiting that the staff were friendly, and very importantly respectful to my aunt and her needs, even though she could be a bit prickly, due to her dementia, and pain. I am so glad she was in this caring environment for her last months.

Left Mum for respite care. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. When I came to collect Mum she looked so happy and settled. It seemed she had made good connections with all the staff and the staff were genuine in their attachment with Mum. Very happy and will be bringing Mum back for respite. It's lovely to know how well cared for Mum was, thank you all.

My friend is staying at Graysford Hall whilst her flat is refurbished. I had a delicious meal with my friend. The food, staff and surroundings were brilliant.

I have been visiting Graysford three or four times a week for over six months to visit a resident that I cared for, for over five years, when she was living independently. My overall opinion of Graysford is excellent, staff work very hard to make life for their residents as pleasurable as possible, they are friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and the day to day running of Graysford is excellent. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

We as a family chose Graysford Hall after a long and heart-searching decision. We feel that we could not have chosen anywhere that our dad would have been so well cared for. All the staff are excellent and we feel happy to know that our dad is being treated with the respect that he so much deserves. We would like to thank you all for your dedicated care.

We have been to a number of homes to inform our final decision. Graysford Hall stood out from them all as I found the facilities outstanding and the staff warm and welcoming. The care and attention offered are exemplary and I love the way in which family members are encouraged to visit and become involved in the home life.

My father is very happy here. He is always busy and involved. The care is exceptional, the staff are more like family and always go the extra mile. As a family, I feel informed, consulted and comfortable to talk to the manager and the team whenever I need to.

The only reason that I awarded food and drink anything less than excellent is because my aunt likes her tea very hot and it is only served warm - no doubt due to safety, residents could be scalded. My brother and I are delighted to have discovered Graysford Hall. It is a beautiful purpose-built care home with every possible facility. All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful, patient and clearly happy in their work.

We had to find a care home for my father in an emergency when his condition suddenly deteriorated. From the first call to Graysford Hall, right through admission and at every moment since, Dad's care has been extremely good. Graysford Hall staff are all caring and know every resident personally, providing a home from home and allowing us to continue to be a family, just in a new environment.

Our mother's stay was wonderful, she was at home, relaxed and showered with love and care. She was always joyful when we checked on her well-being. The activities engaged her and enabled her to make friends. The chefs took extra care to cater to her gastronomic needs. Spacious room, well maintained and the cleanliness of a very high standard. At the beginning, Mum came with a bit of trepidation but as the days went by, she was extremely relaxed. She enjoyed the staff support, the food, the chefs, the activities and even the residents. Every day when I called, she used to relate, with great excitement, all that was happening. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay and that gave us peace of mind. Thank you to all at Graysford Hall.

Our Dad has been a resident for the last year and a half. He has been so well cared for during that time, we really couldn’t have wished for a better place for Dad to be in his final chapter. It was very apparent how attentive and truly caring all the staff were, no matter what was asked of them. The care you give Mum is superb. I feel confident she is safe and around people who will make her life fulfilling. The patience displayed by the staff is commendable. Good quality food and snacks are always available.

I am a close family friend of a resident who is currently staying at Graysford Hall, on respite care. I cannot express how warm and welcoming Graysford Hall has been to my friend. Each time I have visited her she has had nothing but great things to say since her stay. All staff have really got to know my friend's needs and preferences, she really has no complaints, other than praise she is always in a cheerful mood each time I have visited. Graysford Hall really is an exceptional home, I truly recommend this home for your loved ones.

My mother spent a wonderful three weeks of respite care at Graysford Hall. There was a great sense of community created by the staff who were amazing, caring, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and decorated to a good standard. Freshly prepared homemade food on offer every day and the menu offered a variety of choice. There was a programme of activities available every day and staff encouraged participation. Lots of extras offered as part of the service: hairdressers and chiropody. Thank you.

I visit my friend often at Graysford Hall. It is a beautiful purpose-built luxury home. Very well-maintained and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and work with passion. Nothing is too much to the team, treat visitors with a smile. There is a variety of activities for residents. I can happily recommend Graysford Hall to anyone looking for a professional and caring care home.
