We have had the most wonderful family lunch, 7 of us in the private dining room. The room was beautifully prepared, we ere very well looked after! Had a delicious 3 course lunch with wine, followed by coffees and mints. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be doing this again. Thank you so much to all the team that made this a lovely family time.

Mum was admitted as an emergency placement and resides in the specialist dementia area of Broadbridge Park. As a result our initial understanding of the care routines was stop/start while we got Mum settled. The staff have taken time to know and settle Mum into her environment but also have been kind and compassionate toward the family members who are navigating this for the first time. Laundry has been confusing, though I feel we ar aligned now. Mum;s character has not changed, even with Alzheimer's this means she is invariably isolated most days but the team help her.

A wonderful experience. The food was excellent as was the service. They took perfect care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and our private room was made to accommodate birthday celebrations. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone thinking of celebrating any occasion with a loved one at Broadbridge Park.

On visiting the home regularly, I find it very inviting, friendly and clean. The staff are all lovely and always ready to assist.

I recently attended an event. A man sang, played guitar and entertained the residents. He was excellent. The thing that really stood out was the way the staff interacted with the residents. Nursing staff, admin staff, hospitality, care staff, all make the experience as good as it possibly can be for everyone. They genuinely care about those in their care. It's very impressive. I was moved by the experience.

Today was the resident's birthday and we have celebrated with a wonderful birthday cake. The staff have been very helpful and willing to assist us with the celebration. Someone has been playing his guitar today and was excellent - helping us celebrate. Thank you so much everyone.

I really enjoyed the music, the band was terrific and the food was very good. The building is great and so clean. It was lovely to spend the time visiting my sister, in such lovely surroundings. The staff worked so hard to make it memorable for everyone.

Fabulous day at the circus, the staff involved all the residents and made sure they enjoyed themselves. The BBQ food was lovely too. Thank you all.

We attended the summer fair on the 12th July. It was very well attended by both residents, staff and relatives. There was lots to do and participate in, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The event was very well organised and a lot of trouble had gone into making it a lovely afternoon.

What a special event the summer party was. So nice for the residents and relatives to be together in such a fun way. There was a lot of thought put into this and the mix of entertainment was great - loved the decorations, the singer and the stilt walker. The restaurant team did such a great job too with the BBQ. Thank you for all the hard work that went into this.

We attended the summer party which was really good. Staff were brilliant, the entertainment was varied and exceptional. A barbecue was provided, again very good. We could not fault anything. A very well-organised event. Well done everyone.

Fantastic facilities. Very friendly staff. Residents are very friendly and supportive of each other. Daily activities and entertainment are excellent. The home keeps the family updated on events and how the residents are getting on. Would thoroughly recommend, 100%.

On Mother's Day 10th March 2024, my mother's room was decorated by the staff. We had preordered Mother's Day tea for three, and it was a wonderful experience, like being at The Ritz Hotel (we have been there!), with cucumber sandwiches, scones with cream and strawberry jam, cakes, chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine. So many congratulations to the staff!

Mother's Day celebration! Home from home. Have had a superb afternoon tea with Mum. Food was excellent and very tasty. The colleagues on duty were really helpful and friendly. Hope this can be repeated at Easter.

I visited a resident for the first time on 12/01/2024 and I was completely blown away by the genuine feel, compassion, care and support of my whole visit. The staff were amazing and the facilities offered to me, as a visitor, were outstanding. I am so glad the resident I visited is in the care of such a wonderful place. Thank you.

The facilities, standard of cleanliness and food are like a first-class hotel and the exceptional staff create the atmosphere of a loving home. Although not the easiest to care for, all the staff treat him with patience, care, consideration and respect. They also welcome us, keep us informed and happy to answer questions. I feel totally confident that he is in the right place, getting the best care possible.

I am very pleased with the care my father receives, particularly the friendly staff and his room which looks out on the garden and wood beyond. He is independent and has his own door out into the garden. I can recommend the home and those who work there.

My husband came to Broadbridge Park Care Home and unfortunately, was only there for two and a half weeks as he passed away. We were hoping that he and us could have used more of the facilities but wasn't to be. The care was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I did however think more staff could be on at weekends.
