My father has been in this care home for just over twelve months. All I can say is that I am so happy he is here. He is treated so well. The staff at the home are their main asset and boy, do they do a good job (check out their social media). Hand on heart, I can not fault this place and if you have a loved one needing care, you can not go wrong sending them here!

I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their kindness and compassion for the residents. The place is clean and very homely and I can't think of a better place for my mum.

My mother has now been a resident for just over a year. The staff helped Mum settle very quickly - so much so that at the end of a two-week respite stay, Mum decided she wanted to stay here permanently. In this year, the events that I have seen take place are brilliant, the way that everyone joins in and takes part is wonderful to see. In terms of care, I have no issues at all, it's obvious that my mum's needs are met daily, the staff will go above and beyond.

As a family, we too the last resort of having my mam admitted into a care home. She had been in Buddleia House Care Home before for respite care, at home she had been diagnosed as being depressed. She wasn't eating and because her lungs are damaged, she's constantly susceptible to chest infections, she's made friends and is now eating.

Staff are very focused on providing quality care and good experiences to the resident. Care is sympathetic and delivered with empathy and humour where appropriate.

Very welcoming, clean, friendly staff who can't do enough for you, smiles. Lots of entertainment and activities for residents to do. Overall, excellent.

Staff are excellent - nothing is too much trouble for them. Care of Mum is exemplary. The social staff make every season and event magical for the residents. The utmost thought is put into everything, the compassion of the staff never ends. Mum may not know where she is but we feel like shit is at home.

My mum has received the excellent care of Buddleia House Care Home for the last three and a half years. The stimulation, care and love she has experienced from every member of staff is outstanding. We are all 'family'. The very rare occasion that we needed to raise an issue, it has been dealt with immediately, successfully and professionally. Mum recently had a fall and fractured her hip. She had a comparatively short stay in hospital following a replacement. Buddleia, as always, have welcomed her back, Mum was clearly happy to be there.

It is always a pleasure to visit Mum at Buddleia House Care Home as the whole experience is made very homely and comforting by all the staff and surroundings. At Mum's advanced stage of dementia, it can be challenging to remain upbeat when visiting but staff always ensure they are on hand to assist Mum or us and they are always a welcome ear to chat to.

My brother has been a resident at Buddleia House Care Home for just over two years now. I could not ask for a nicer place for him to call home. The management and care team are outstanding in every way. They really look after their residents, all of their well-being and needs, in a very professional and genuinely caring manner. Families of residents are always made to feel most welcome whenever they visit - included is a smile and cup of tea, always! I rate the home ten out of ten for cleanliness, the care provided. This is truly a family home from home. Thank you Buddleia!

Firstly and most importantly, all the staff at Buddleia House Care Home look after my dad really well, they look after all his needs while also making him feel that they are his friends and are always kind, look after his dignity and take time to chat to him and joke with him. On top of that, I and my brother are always made to feel welcome and can chat to the staff about any concerns or coordinate regarding his care whenever we pop in to see him. They lay on regular entertainments and special teas and lunches and we are always welcome to go to these with him. And the house is regularly decorated for whatever festival is relevant such as Easter and Christmas. They also always contact me with any issues that occur so that I am fully in the loop with how things are for Dad between my visits. They are a marvellous team and could not give better care to Dad and consideration to Dad's family.

Whenever I visit Mum, it is immediately apparent that I am entering a well-run and caring environment. A lot of effort is made by the staff to keep the home looking bright and festive. We always seem to be celebrating something. Despite Mum's quite advanced and sometimes challenging dementia, the care staff work hard to support her. If I can voice a room for improvement, it would be to ensure that the small, personal details be addressed, such as ensuring Mum has plenty of warm clothing on (as she does seem to feel the cold) and making sure that she is wearing her spectacles. Overall though, I think that we have been fortunate to find such a good place for Mum at this stage of her life and it is heartwarming to receive smiling faces and a warm greeting from the staff members whenever I visit Mum.

My mum has been a resident at the home for some time now and we have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the care my mum receives. There is always some form of activity taking place and the whole atmosphere is one of joy. The staff are wonderful, all of them, attentive and thoughtful and the place is extremely well-run. It is a big decision when it comes to choosing a home for your loved ones but we could not be happier with the care she receives at Buddleia House Care Home.

Buddleia House Care Home offer a warm and caring environment and I am confident that Mum is being well cared for, especially as her Alzheimer's progresses. It is very heartening to know she is in the safe and loving "home" which Buddleia provides.

I think the staff and other individuals associated with Buddleia House Care Home go above and beyond the mechanics of care. Organising activities and showing great personal care and attentiveness. The use of social media to allow relatives and others to keep in touch with activities is not only a good idea but well executed.

I can't tell you how much I love this care home. I was super nervous when I heard the home would be getting a new manager last year. Turns out she is the best thing since sliced bread. She is caring, thoughtful, empathetic, approachable and goes out of her way to try and make my dad's quality of life the best it can be. Every single staff member is fantastic and goes above and beyond to care for my dad. I could not ask for anything more. I am so glad I found Buddleia House Care Home. Thanks to all of you for everything you do.

We choose Buddlier House for short respite for mum, she thought she was in beautiful hotel and rightly so you have to see it to believe how lovely, clean, modern and decorated to very high standard. She was treated like a queen in every aspect including her favourite tipple of whisky she couldn't ask for more. Every one of the staff are a credit to Buddliea House, respectful, caring, kind with always a smile, and always entertaining them. Our family can't thank you all enough for every thing you have done for Mum.

My aunt has been with Buddleia since October 2021. The most important thing for me is how she feels as she has full mental capacity, she is happy and comfortable. I ask her regularly if she has any concerns and she assures me that she is happy and her needs are met. From my point of view, the staff are always polite, and if I have any concerns they are approachable and receptive, both the staff and management.

Very happy with the care so far for my mum and the range of activities. Staff friendly and caring. We were all made welcome from the start of my mum's care. We would recommend the home to other people.
