View Full Details of Barchester Trinity Manor Care HomeBarchester Trinity Manor Care Home looked after my mother for the last 18 months of her life. They were highly professional and overwhelmingly kind to her at all times. They were also wonderful to us, her family. Watching your mother go through dementia is very hard but they supported her and us all the way.
This care home provides excellent service and can fully recommend staying here! Lovely staff and helpful. Excellent food in restaurant, can fully recommend living here.

Food and dietary needs are adhered to. Standard of cleanliness is excellent. Changing personal moods and needs are observed and acted upon. Homely atmosphere is very obvious. All excellent.
Very good - staff pleasant and helpful.
It is quite nice. My room is lovely.
The whole care home has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Kind and caring staff that go above and beyond to ensure the resident's happiness! The care home has a beautiful environment, with lots of activities and welcoming staff! It is a joy when I visit my grandmother, she is very happy and comfortable within the home and she says they treat her all like family.
We have always found the staff to be cheerful, helpful and extremely efficient. We could not wish for my relative to be in better hands, nothing is too much trouble. The home is always extremely clean and tidy and very welcoming. We have not got a negative thing to say about anything or anyone.
Members of the staff will always spend time with me!
My aunt and uncle both moved to Trinity Manor in 2023. My aunt has dementia and my uncle is her carer but could no longer cope at home. As a family we went through a very challenging time and we really needed to find a home which understood their needs, individually and as a couple. From our first visit to Trinity Manor, we were just so impressed by the way the staff made time to listen and understand the whole situation. Everyone has been so supportive and the level of communication between the staff and us as a family has been brilliant. The staff have worked hard to get to know my aunt and uncle so they can care for them well, particularly in response to my aunt's progressing dementia. The food is really good and the events programme is excellent. I would recommend Trinity Manor wholeheartedly.
My father has been a resident of Memory Lane for over a year. From the moment the deputy manager came to see us prior to his moving in, the care has been second to none. The staff are kind and thoughtful not just to my father adjusting but to his family. Everyone has different concerns and worries and at all times everyone is considered. It is a huge decision and worry making this move for a loved one but all at Trinity Manor respect that. He has exceptional care, on a floor that is clean and welcoming. All the staff are friendly and yet professional. You are reassured whenever you go that your loved one is cared for. The staff are led from the top with the deputy manager exceptional. Always approachable and if there are concerns they are dealt with efficiently and as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Trinity Manor.
Room spacious. Food good. Staff are friendly.
I found all the staff very friendly and so helpful, even if they are extremely busy, they will stop to help you, however big or small your request. I greatly appreciate the space we all enjoy, inside and out.
I would describe the care provided throughout Trinity Manor as of a very high standard. Delightful staff are always willing to help. A very well-planned building. The food is very tempting, although slightly on the large side for me. I have found steady progress in the pain I experienced in my back when I arrived it was excruciating and is now at a level in which I can cope with help at home.
Mum was moved to Trinity Manor Care Home once her condition made it impossible for her to live alone. Since she's been here, she has gained weight and is looked after so very well by the extraordinarily kind staff members and is in the best place. Would highly recommend it.
My father spent the last nine months of his life at Trinity Manor Care Home, passing away on 30th November 2022. He was very comfortable and well looked after, even as his mobility declined significantly. The management and staff have been excellent, helping my father, but also ensuring that the family were confident that he was in a good place and being well looked after. Highly recommend.
I am so pleased with the very caring and wonderful staff in Trinity Manor. My mother has been so well looked after. The food is excellent, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, and she is treated with care and dignity. Thank you so much for all your support, time and attention to detail. All the staff work together as a tight-knit team under an exceptional manager. Hugely appreciated.
Wonderful staff looking after my mother, who has vascular dementia. The activities, facilities and care are excellent. There is so much on offer. It is just like a five-star hotel. There is a lovely garden with lots of places for the residents to sit and enjoy. Visitors are always welcome.
Excellent facilities and friendly and efficient staff. This is a return visit for my mother-in-law as she enjoyed her previous stay so much. She comes home from her visits a new woman! I highly recommend Barchester homes, having used another one for another relative too!
I would highly recommend this home the staff are really switched on, helpful and polite. They work together with family and friends to ensure the best care for their loved ones. The home itself is beautiful with loving dining areas and facilities are well thought out and plentiful, clean and doesn't smell unpleasant either. Excellent. Thank you to all the staff.
