View Full Details of Earlsfield CourtA respite stay led on to my father entering the Dementia floor on a permanent basis. Both these decisions were greatly helped by the support of the Admissions Adviser who happily answered my many questions. We were free to visit at any time and welcomed by all staff on each occasion. After 3 months he sadly passed away peacefully there, and we greatly appreciated the care and support offered by the team throughout his time at Earlsfield.
My mother has been a resident for over a year and Earlsfield has delivered an impeccable service and facility in order to make my mother feel at home and well cared for. The staff are courteous, exceptionally friendly and go over and above the call of duty to deliver a kind and professional service to my mother. The home is immaculately clean and well organised throughout and my mother's room is comfortable and spacious with a Smart TV and an en suite facility. Menu choices are varied and the meals are always well prepared and presented. Communal areas are spacious, tastefully decorated with an in-house private dining room (in addition to the main dining area), cinema, hairdressing and beauty salon, all needs are catered for. There is also a varied weekly activity schedule. The management team lead by example and staff always display a positive and happy attitude whilst being at work. I thoroughly recommend Earlsfield Court to anyone looking for a 5-star retirement care home.
My mother was admitted to Earlsfield Court in October 2023. The care home is well managed and the cares are always cheerful and hard working. We would not leave our mother with a care home that was under performing as she has been the rock in all our lives (she has six children). We do want the best for her in her final years. Simply the best for our mother.
An outstanding facility where the staff really make a difference! The level of service, empathy, teamwork and professionalism is second to none. Earlsfield Court has set a new and very high bar in the competitive arena of Senior Care. I simply hope other facilities look to Earlsfield Court as the model for Senior Care in the UK.
My mum was a resident at Earlsfield for three and a half years, entering the home towards the end of Covid after living with us for several months after my father passed away. Throughout her stay, she was very happy and, without exception, the staff were very kind, caring and accommodating. As a relative, we also found the staff to be responsive and welcoming. After being in Earlsfield for a couple of months, Mum would refer to it as 'home', which was a testament to how well she had settled in and how comfortable she felt. She always said that she was as happy in Earlsfield as it was possible for her to be, with dad gone and her no longer being able to stay in her own home. We would not hesitate to recommend Earlsfield to anybody thinking of moving into care.
After moving mum from an awful experience in a care home we found Earlsfield court. From the moment we stepped into the home we were made to feel comfortable and confident we had made the right decision. The Manager was warm and friendly and showed us around the calm environment. Mum has settled in extremely well and this is only because of the caring and understanding staff. They are all very supportive of delivering the best possible care for dementia patients which mum has. I would absolutely recommend Earlsfield for anyone looking for a home for their family.
From our first enquiry at Earlsfield Court where we were met by the admissions manager and shown around we have been impressed with not just the care home facilities but all the staff. The staff are exemplary and all interact with the residents ensuring an efficient and friendly atmosphere. Residents are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. A choice of activities are available. My father who was averse to going into a care home has settled and is very content.
Mum has been here since its opening and is very happy. She is always cheery and laughing and has said how much she enjoys living here. The facilities and staff are amazing, friendly and caring. I cannot praise them enough and the home is like a 5* hotel rather than a care home. What more could anybody want? I would be happy to live out my last years here.
I always have an extremely positive experience when visiting my nan here. The home is always clean and tidy, staff are kind and welcoming. My nan seems so happy here which is a joy to see. The activities are great and varied. It is always nice to come here and I am grateful to see my nan in such a great care home. Thanks so much!
Value for money - I don't know about my finances as my daughter deals with them. I like the care I receive and everyone is kind. I feel safe and the home has lovely areas to spend time in to catch the sun and rest in the garden. The activities are excellent and are fun. There is lots of time for socialising with other residents.
Having finally visited my father who lives here (I live in Australia) I was delighted to see he is living in such a wonderful place. Surrounded by amazing staff who look after him. The lounge and dining areas are just lovely but the warmth of the two carers. But whilst naming them I also feel I am being unfair not listing everyone who helps dad on a daily basis. Thank you so much.
Almost my entire years of employment were spent in Sales and Marketing for a large organisation eventually retiring having reached an important demanding position. In retirement, I had a spell in hospital for a medical condition (pneumonia). My daughter through recommendation booked me into Earlsfied Court for 2 weeks of respite and I stayed for 6 weeks. Returning to my beautiful house was a contrast. I missed all that Earlsfield offered. Briefly, I returned to Earlfield and have been a resident for nearly a year. My house is on the market. I cannot speak highly enough of this home. Management, caring staff, and facilities are exemplary.
My mother is very well cared for. The staff are always ready to help. Her room is very comfortable with access to the courtyard.
Outstanding service and very friendly. Clean and tidy and go out of their way to help you. Good communication and amazing food. The best care home we have used for respite, would not use anyone else.
I want to share my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful respite care my mother received at Earlsfield Care Home. Recommended by someone we know, we were impressed by the level of compassion and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the moment she arrived, my mother was greeted with warmth and kindness. The facilities were clean and comfortable, providing a welcoming environment. A member of staff in particular went above and beyond to ensure that my mother felt at home and engaged in activities that suited her interests. The communication with the staff was excellent, keeping me updated on her well-being throughout her stay. It was reassuring to know she was in such capable hands. I highly recommend Earlsfield Care Home for anyone seeking respite care. Thank you to a member of staff in particular and the entire team for making this experience a positive one for my mother.
From the very first day that we took mum to Earlsfield Court, all the love and attention that was shown to not only her but us as a family was incredible. Mum was very well looked after and it gave us peace of mind that she was fed, watered and loved. My mum really enjoyed her time here and loved all the staff we were always made to feel welcome. Would recommend Earlsfield Court to anyone who is looking for care support.
Mum had been living at Earlsfield Court for 18 months before peacefully passing on in her sleep just before her 96th birthday. She was very happy there, loved her room and the view, joined in many of the activities and also enjoyed the food! Mum was cared for beautifully at the end and we couldn't have wished for her to be anywhere else at that time. We knew Earslfield Court was the right place for Mum the moment we walked through the door - everywhere was carefully thought out with lovely furnishings and a very warm atmosphere. Thank you for making her last 18 months so enjoyable.
The care is outstanding and the personal connections made there were a wonder to see, My mum had many friends, and I would like to again thank everyone for the wonderful job they do. Thank you, you are all amazing.
Today I visited my aunt I was so delighted to see how well and happy she is. Her room is spotlessly clean as is the home. All team members were very welcoming and we were offered a drink. No one we saw looked distressed. Everyone looked clean and content. My aunt loves it in the home and says that the food is excellent. The home truly does deliver person-centred care.
A late decision to go to a care home less than 40 hours later my aunt was in Earlfied Court to continue her life in new and very different surroundings. The staff and management have been amazing. Thank you.
