My mother spent 15 days at Brackley Care Home as a respite stay, while I went on holiday. She was very pleased with her stay, her first in a care home. She felt that she was listened to and cared for. She said that all the staff had a big smile as they greeted her, and at no time was she made to feel a nuisance. She is quite willing to go again, should the need arise. Her only complaint was that she would have liked more baths! A novelty for her these days, but she had to admit that they kept her very clean anyway.

Fantastic stay, feel like part of the family (the bigger picture, sort of). Living here, I see everything though sometimes difficult to stop myself making suggestions to make things easier, forget I'm a resident.

My mother moved into Brackley Care home in early December. The staff were welcoming, kind and attentive and the standard of facilities are excellent. Quality of catering is very high and the focus on activities for those who are interested is really impressive.

My mother was not in the home for long but during this time, she was very well looked after, in every way. We were able to relax knowing she was being monitored very closely and her needs met. All members of the caring staff were always bright and cheerful no matter what their role. Mum's room was light and spacious with a nice aspect. She was unable to use the extra facilities/activities but it was nice to see them going on. Overall, as mum couldn't remain in her own home, this was an ideal place for her to end her days in.

Our relative moved into Brackley Care Home a week ago, we, as a family, are so impressed with the care and compassion that has been shown to our relative and indeed, us too. The staff are very efficient and compassionate in what they do. We would particularly like to thank management for their support and also one of the care assistants, in particular, who, without a doubt, has been amazing and one of the trained nurses. Thank you all so much.

After looking for a care home for my husband, We found Brackley Care Home. We were welcomed and shown around and were very impressed. My husband has been here since March 2024 and is very well cared for. We would recommend this care home.

Brackley Care Home is a very caring, professional and happy place to visit. My sister really enjoys living here and the staff are always friendly. We regularly visit the cafe and have a coffee and cake, it's very comfortable.

From the moment we looked around Brackley Care Home we knew we had found the right place to look after Dad. Rainbow is so lovely, It has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, with the odd impromptu sing song or dance led by the wonderful staff. So much joy and laughter we witnessed. We can't thank you all enough for the love and care shown to Dad but also to us.

My wife has been here since September 10th. At first, she was extremely anxious and was very unsure of what was happening. Slowly but surely, she started to settled down and is now starting to get involved in the activities and getting to know other residents. For me, seeing the house for the first time gave me the confidence to let my wife come to stay here and I know she is being looked after in the best possible way. Our son and daughter are happy that Mum is being looked after and staff are on hand to help.

Beautiful care home with wonderful, caring staff who are devoted to their jobs and all the residents. They are involved in so many activities which keep the residents occupied and interested in their care and enjoyment in the home.

Brackley Care Home has been a godsend for our family, they literally make us feel part of their family. My wife was in hospital for sixteen weeks prior to arriving at Brackley Care Home and although she is suffering from advanced dementia, they have provided the care and peace of mind we all hoped for. We can't pick out a particular member of staff as they have all gone out their way to help my wife and support her family, it really is a lovely care home. The standards are really high around the home for both care and cleanliness.

Having visited my sister everyday for seven days, we found the care home very friendly and efficiently run. The home is exceptional in condition, decor and cleanliness. We were very impressed and would recommend it to anybody. Overall impression is excellent.

My mother appears to be incredibly happy at the care home and, in fact, seems to have become a lot brighter in recent weeks. She receives excellent care from the well-trained staff and is treated with complete respect at all times.

Brackley Care Home is warm and friendly, wrapping its arms around you. The Brackley team make this such a comfortable place to be in and visit, treating everyone, not just the residents but family and friends too, with warmth care and respect. It is light, airy, clean and beautifully appointed. The food is like homecooked and appetising with friends and family being able to join the resident for meals if they wish. I have experienced that the team go above and beyond to make residents' stays as enjoyable as possible. For example, it was their idea for my dad's biker friends to take their bikes to the home so Dad could see them all. Also, they arranged a trip to a local aerodrome cafe where a friend and I joined Dad and a carer for breakfast. I cannot praise the Brackley team enough for all they have done during Dad's stay. I visit knowing that I will be welcomed warmly and that Dad and I have such amazing support and care. It is truly a home from home in many ways.

I am delighted with how well my uncle has settled. He is much more engaged with the people around him and it's so reassuring to have I'm so settled.

I am very pleased with the progress my mum has made since arriving at Brackley Care Home. My mum was very thin, bedbound and anxious but has since then barely skipped a meal, is now walking with the help of a rollator and is now more engaging, this is I believe a direct result of the care and attention she has received at the home which is second to none.

My sister-in-law is currently in Brackley Care Home and has been here for almost two months. Throughout my association with the home, I have consistently been impressed by the dedication to which the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure the residents' welfare as well as caring for the families.
