View Full Details of Little Manor Care CentreFabulous reception from staff & nothing was too much trouble, always a friendly staff available for any questions & my friend advised she doesn't know what she would have done without there full support & rehab therapy to enable her to go back home, which was her main goal. The place is so well kept & clean, this is how all care should be delivered, amazing!
I had a lots of help from all the staff here the stay here was lovely an thank you so much for all the care & support an all the physio staff was very kind & supportive many thanks to every one.
My mother enjoyed her time at Little Manor Care Home and all staff are friendly. Other then OT's and physio's who contacted me with updates on my mothers health I had no weekly updates on how she was progressing. She also ended up with very bad bed sores and became incontinent during her stay here. With the right care I would have through she would have not had these sores. Sadly she is still incontinent too which could have been avoided.
On several visits to my dear friend, I've been so impressed and happy with everything about Little Manor: it's beautiful, the care, staff, warmth, decor and cleanliness. No one seemed rushed and we were always welcome with a smile. I have always worked in care homes and quite honestly this is the best. My aunt was also with you in 2023 and we had the same experience. I would highly recommend. Thank you all.
Everything was perfect and I was treated like royalty.
All staff did their very best to accommodate my wishes. They were easy to relate to each time I was visited by them.
I have been in the Little Manor Care Centre for 25 days and have received nothing but courtesy and care from all the staff. I know that their job is not always easy and I have tried to be patient when times have been difficult for them. I wish to say thank you for the care I have been given.
I have been very well looked after by all the staff. They are a credit to the company. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. The occupational therapist and physio have been giving me more confidence after my surgery and they have worked hard to me with recuperation.
We thank you for your excellent all round service, as indicated below. Thank you most sincerely.
My mother recently spent around 2 months in the care of Little Manor Care Centre and I cannot praise the management and staff highly enough. The facilities 1st class, the food excellent and the happy manor of the staff made it a pleasure for mum in a trying time. Thank you all.
I enjoyed staying at Little Manor Care Centre. The staff were kind and helpful and the food was excellent. I miss the activities and the large room, especially the 'birds of prey'. Outstanding. Thank you so much.
I enjoyed my stay with you following my full in October 2024. I understand that I didn't come to you until a fortnight after my fall on the 18th of October and it is maybe as well and have no recollection of my being in hospital. I must refer to the meals first as they were absolutely brilliant, just right for me, in particular the lovely puddings which I did enjoy. Staff at all times were very helpful, even finding the correct programmes on the television and putting me to bed at a reasonable hour. Who says that the health sector is crumbling? I believe in the lady on the television when she says "God bless the NHS", well done.
I had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed going out into the garden for some fresh air and to enjoy my cigarette break. I have been smoking since I was twelve years old. so I am not inclined to stop smoking.
My mother had three weeks at Little Manor in rehab after breaking her leg. She was then transferred to a nursing home in Somerset. The staff at all levels were caring, professional and friendly. The room was lovely and it was a big step up from her earlier two weeks in hospital. Thank you to all the staff, well done.
Excellent facility, tidy and clean. Attentive staff, although sometimes difficult to understand. Very good at following medical formalities. Food and drink are timely and good. Disappointed there was no gym and that physiotherapy time was very limited (30 minutes per day).
My mother has been very well well cared for at Little Manor and her stay has been a happy one. The staff have been very kind, attentive to Mom's needs and very encouraging of her progress. Thank you to all involved in her care.
So impressed with the quality of the premises and the attentiveness of the staff. Having transferred from the overstretched hospital following a fall and broken leg, Little Manor was a breath of fresh air.
Lovely place to stay, very friendly staff.
My Mother was well looked after. Very friendly staff and would highly recommend Little Manor.
The friednly, caring, kind staff delivered individually trained support to me following a stay in hospital. The individual room with ensuite bathroom was clean, comfortable and light with the communal areas were welcoming environments aiding recovery. The therapy team set clear challenging achievable goals to strengthen my legs enabling me to walk. The rehabilitation offered is person-centred drawing input from the therapist, the resident and family members. The joined-up service approach offered an excellent strategy to aid recovery.
