My mom has been at Lisbeth Nursing Home for nearly 4 years. It's been the best nursing home for my mother. She is so happy, singing and laughing all the time. The management is wonderful, and all the staff are very caring. A wonderful place. Thank you.

I am very happy with the care my partner receives. It gives me great peace of mind to know that she's being well looked after. The staff are very friendly.

I'm blown away by the kindness and compassion these wonderful carers, nurses, kitchen staff, management and admin team have shown to myself and my niece in what can only be described as the most heartbreaking circumstances. My brother had a very short and aggressive battle with cancer and stayed with this wonderful bunch of people for just 7 days. But the love and warmth shown was immeasurable and whilst we said a very sad goodbye to him on February 3rd, I will always keep everyone at Lisbeth Nursing Home very close to my heart. If you're reading this because you're looking for a Nursing Home, please look no further. They are wonderful and true Angels.

My mom went to Lisbeth House initially through a discharge to assess bed from hospital. From the moment that she arrived, she was welcomed with open arms into an amazing home where a dedicated and exceptional team of people work. They did everything within their powers to ensure Mom became a permanent resident as she was loved from the moment she arrived. This is how a home for your loved one should be when they have to go into care a home filled with compassion, love, understanding and upmost respect for your loved ones. My mom only resided at Lisbeth House a short while as she passed away on the 9th December but I am so glad her final days was with these amazing human beings. Thank you to each and everyone of you.

All the Lisbeth House team are absolutely incredible they cared for my dad right up until the moment he died. They treated him with the utmost dignity and compassion, even after their shifts had long since finished they stayed with me to make sure I had all the time with my dad that I needed. We laughed and cried together they made such a heartbreaking time that little bit easier. The love and support I have received from Lisbeth will go unmatched and it was the best decision I ever made for my dad to place him in their care, it really felt like he was being cared for by family. This team of amazing people go above and beyond to care for your loved ones in the time that they are with them and I will be forever grateful that I was lucky enough to have their support.

My late grandfather was transferred to Lisbeth from another home at the end of July due to his care needs becoming complex. From the moment he went into their care the care he received was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anybody and he was treated with dignity and respect right up until the very end. I could not have wished for better care for him during his final few weeks. the staff are among the friendliest I have ever met and I was extremely comforted in the fact my grandad was so well looked after.

My mom went to Lisbeth in July for future care assessment. She was very well looked after and we found the staff were very kind and attentive. On her 97th birthday, they surprised her with a cake which was very much appreciated. She unfortunately passed away at the end of August but the home offered continued support. Thanks to all concerned.

My mom went into Lisbeth House early February 2024 and sadly passed away there last week. I am so glad that my mom spent the final months of her life in Lisbeth House, the staff were amazing with her from day 1, even the catering and cleaning staff would go and say good morning, have a joke with her and generally brighten her day. The care and compassion throughout her time with them was exemplary. Plenty of activities for residents to get involved with and clean bright lounges where they could spend time or sit with relatives when they visited. At the end, my mom and us as a family received GENUINE care from every single member of the team that we came into contact with. We cannot thank the team at Lisbeth House enough for the love and support shown during what was a very difficult time.

After two previous care homes, we moved our mom into Lisbeth Nursing Home just over one year ago, honestly it was the best thing we did, this home is just what we wanted for Mom, excellent standards of care and management. The home is always lovely and clean and the laundry very well organised. My mother is very happy and very well looked after, I would highly recommend Lisbeth.

Excellent care home with friendly staff. They all take excellent care of my mother. Her medication and behaviour is regularly reviewed. Dignity is at the heart of everything they do at Lisbeth Nursing Home. They include my father (who is not a resident) in the Lisbeth family, allowing their relationship to be maintained.

Dad's stay was to enable an assessment of his needs for a move from independent living to permanent care home. The nursing home environment was not suited to Dad's needs however the staff and management were excellent, respectful, resident-orientated and showed genuine care and consideration during his temporary stay. The staff were open, supportive and approachable, engaging well with our family and keeping us informed. Thanks to everyone at Lisbeth.

I spent six months in Lisbeth Nursing Home and from the outset was treated with absolute dignity and respect by all staff. As a paraplegic with a grade 4 pressure sore my needs were very complex but everyone worked together to ensure my full recovery before returning home. The building is clean, modern and inviting. The staff are cheerful and above all knowledgeable. The catering staff went above and beyond to provide my dietary requirements. Although I was bedbound for the majority of my stay I got the impression that it was a happy place to be for everyone.

My dad went into Lisbeth Nursing Home February 2022. As a family we looked around many homes but from the moment we stepped inside Lisbeth House we knew it was the right home for Dad. It was difficult when we left Dad for the first time, but the staff reassured us and Dad soon settled with his new family at Lisbeth House. Dad's care was outstanding, all staff showed dignity and love. Dad was also allowed his independence and was encouraged to carry out his daily activities with support when needed. When Dad approached end of life, we as Dad’s family, were supported and were informed every step of the way on Dad’s treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisbeth House. All the staff knew Dad inside and out and recognised Dad’s character. The management team and all the staff are amazing. Dad sadly passed away March 2024 but Dad was given so much love and care and without a doubt, we chose the best home for dad to spend his final years.

Whilst Mum was only a resident for 5 weeks before her death, she received good care. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We were always kept informed of any issues and changes. We felt that the staff tried hard to make Mum's final days comfortable and dignified and made a difficult time for us easier.

Lisbeth Care Nursing Home has cared for my mom for nearly three years. Sadly, she passed away on 19/2/24. The standard of care was absolutely outstanding, this was all of the staff from cleaners, cooks, care staff, nurses, maintenance, management and office. Everyone at the home cared for my mom like she was family. They looked after Mom and myself until Mom passed. I want everyone to know how good they are and it’s 5 stars for everything. I would highly recommend Lisbeth to anyone looking for a home for their loved ones. Thank you.

We are so pleased that we found Lisbeth Nursing Home for our mother. All staff and management are very caring towards her and others that I have witnessed. They shower and wash my mother’s hair daily; her clothes are always laundered to the highest standard. I’m told that my mother enjoys meal times, but I haven’t witnessed these times myself, as visiting times do not allow it. She is given coffee and biscuits throughout the day, as this is her choice for refreshments. All rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Overall, my and my family are happy with the first-class care our mother receives.

Why are the services being available to the general public not being talked about enough. The work that the staff do onsite and off is incredible and needs to be voiced. The level of empathy, compassion and consideration shown to the residents here at Lisbeth Nursing Home is just beyond incredible and needs to be talked about more. Let's keep up the conversation! Lisbeth Care Nursing Home has cared for my mom for nearly three years. Sadly, she passed away on 19/2/24. The standard of care was absolutely outstanding, this was all of the staff from cleaners, cooks, care staff, nurses, maintenance, management and office.
