We are really pleased that our parents are here - everyone has been kind and courteous with both my parents and the wider family and this is very much appreciated. An excellent facility and I would not hesitate to recommend it to other families.

My husband started in the care home as a respite resident in July 2024, and my family and I were quickly impressed with the care provided. His care needs accelerated and he has been a full-time resident since the end of August 2024. The staff have been kind and show the greatest respect to the residents. We have on occasion had a meal or two and found the food to be very good.

Since my mother came to Deer Park Care Home we have been extremely happy with the care and attention she has received from all the staff. From our experience, the admin staff have gone above and beyond, as have the management and carers. It has been a 5 star experience.

We have found Deer Park to be a wonderful home for our parents. The staff are kind, caring and professional. The food is delicious and the facilities are amazing. They receive excellent care and are encouraged to get involved with the varied activities and trips. Consequently mum and dad have settled in exceptionally well and are very happy here.

We have had a very positive experience at the Deer Park Care Home. The staff are very helpful, considerate and caring and have been very kind to my mother in her transition to the care home. Deer Park was highly recommended by a friend and so we are delighted that it is working so well for my mother. Thank you.

Mum settled into life here very quickly. She has made friends with other residents and enjoys participating in the social events. There is always a warm welcome when I visit Mum. The staff are happy to help. I and my family feel comforted that Mum is safe and well cared for.

After an exhaustive search for a suitable home to care for our mum, thankfully we found Deer Park. Not only does it have a warm and welcoming environment the staff are so helpful, approachable and kind. Our mum is treated with dignity and respect and the staff constantly acknowledge and engage in conversation with her. We are totally relaxed in the knowledge that mum is being well looked after here and it is a pleasure to visit her and see a big smile on her face. Thank you to every member of staff at Deer Park.

Since my mother came to stay with you I feel that she has bloomed in such a short time. The staff are all exceptional, friendly, caring and just really nice to spend time with. The facilities are just amazing. Thank you all for making life good for my mother.

We moved my mother to Deer Park and the care has been phenomenal. The staff are very pleasant and really care about the residents. Facilities are excellent and care is extended to relatives who spend a lot of time in the home as mother is receiving end-of-life care. Everyone is friendly and polite and always greet you, the same is extended to residents. Dignity is always respected at Deer Park and everyone shows genuine care.

Excellent care by staff, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are like a hotel. Cannot find fault with anything, would recommend this case home to anyone!

Mum was so well looked after during her time at Deer Park. She was treated with dignity and love. The staff were professional, caring, and committed to her and our family. I can not praise them enough. They were an extended part of our family and also showed ultimate respect and compassion. The end of Mum’s life was peaceful, pain-free, and all that we hoped it would be. Her room was peaceful and calm and she felt safe and relaxed. We are sorry she was only there at the end of her life but for us all, it was a very beautiful experience.

It was wonderful to be able to leave my husband in such a kind, caring and safe environment. Everyone was so friendly and nothing too much trouble. The food was top quality and lots of activities supplied. I highly recommend Deer Park and would like to assure future residents that they will be incredibly well looked after. December has been nice and Christmassy at Deer Park. The events, including the quiz and the market evening, were excellent! It was very helpful to share a review with a staff member to discuss my sister's progress, we felt we were listened to as a family and we can move forward in her care/treatment plan. We are very pleased that she is taken to events like cookery or card making to keep her involved and occupied. Staff are all lovely and I've learned all their names.

Had a great respite stay while my husband was away on business. Deer Park is immaculately clean and very well decorated and furnished. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I would wholeheartedly recommend Deer Park to anyone wanting either residential or respite care. Thank you to all the staff who cared for me.

We transferred my Mum from Scotland to Deer Park Ledbury. Mum was welcomed warmly by the staff and has calmly settled into her lovely room and very quickly settled in. Mum hasn't looked back, the staff have encouraged her to join in activities. Nothing has been too much trouble, always a smile and kind work to both me and my mum. I feel so relaxed now that Mum is being well cared for, having fun and looks so much better, a transformation! Thank you to all the staff.

The compassion and care my mother has received from all the staff at Deer Park has truly been exceptional. The care she receives is of the highest standard and the empathy she is shown is heartwarming. The facilities on offer at Deer Park are extraordinary, from the cinema and private dining to the resident's garden and patio area. I know many care homes can look very impressive from the outside but Deer Park has what is most important too, that's the staff with the knowledge and skills to make Mum's life better with the dignity she deserves.

We needed to find a nursing home at crisis point for our mother who suddenly deteriorated in her health. The responsiveness, kindness and proactive approach of the staff at Deer Park Care Home our head over shoulders above the rest. Since moving in, our father has joined Mum so they are together in lovely surroundings with kind and gentle care. The team are extremely attentive, thoughtful and kind. I could not praise it more highly.

Beautifully maintained premises. Superb staff, very caring and kind. Excellent food - it always looks delicious. The very best kind of care facility that you can imagine. It is like a 5-star hotel. And the attention to each resident is second to none.
