I have only good words to say about Coopers Croft. Since mum became a resident, she has been looked after so well and with the upmost care. Her room is lovely and is always kept clean and the facilities are first class. The food is always lovely and snacks and fresh fruit means that mum is never hungry. The best thing of all though are the wonderful staff who do everything they can to ensure that mum feels happy, safe and looked after. We feel lucky that mum lives here.

My friend has been at Coopers Croft for four months and I have been visiting weekly since then. On every visit I have found the staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and I am always made to feel welcome. The home is beautifully clean and my friend is very well cared for. I am also impressed with the range of activities available for the residents to participate in.

Coopers Croft is a beautiful home. The staff are very welcoming. My sister in law is extremely well looked after and has settled into the home brilliantly. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Thank you.

My stepdad settled well. The home reflects a real home not care home. Atmosphere is pleasant, staff attentive and friendly. He is happy and comfortable which makes family happy too. Thank you.

Myself and family are fully satisfied with the care and standards of the home and the care. All staff and residents are so friendly and lovely. Grandad is very happy and that is all we want for him so can't thank everybody enough for looking after him.

My mother recently moved into this home. She has been very well looked after. The staff are attentive and have got to know her and her personal preferences very quickly. The facilities are excellent. As far as I can assess the care is very good.

We visit our friend here and find the home excellent and staff very pleasant. The residents all seem to be happy. We are always made welcome when we visit.

Mum has settled really well, very surprised. Staff are really friendly and listen to any concerns. Very nice home. Plenty of entertainment provided by the entertainment staff. Very pleasant home.

My Dad has been a resident now since March 2024 and is very happy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Family are welcome at any time and can join in the events. I would recommend Coopers to anyone for either restbite or a more permanent say.

Beautiful home like a hotel, with excellent care, all staff very friendly. Food is wonderful and lots of things to do and places to go. Would definitely recommend. Dad has been there for 12 months and is very happy.

All round excellent care! Residents are treated with great care and dignity. Staff are always happy to help and always friendly. Many great activities to keep the residents entertained and busy.

An excellent establishment. Staff can't do enough for everyone, especially Mum. Always clean and tidy. Rooms are beautiful and very clean and tidy. Would recommend Coopers Croft to anyone who needs elderly relatives to be cared for.

Since my mum has been a resident at the home I cannot fault her care. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The food is good and her room is very well decorated and comfortable. She seems very happy which makes us happy.

My sister has been a resident since 18th September 2023. My husband has I visit her twice a week and are happy with her care. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything to criticise.

After a year of looking at residential/nursing/retirement homes, my uncle finally moved into Coopers Croft last month. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The decor is beautiful. It feels like home from home. He loves the food and has enjoyed his first shower in 86 years! The staff have organised for a daily paper for him and we have organised a Sky TV package so that he can watch all his sports. His only worry is that he will be 'thrown' out once his money has run out, despite the management telling him that won't happen as long as he has paid two years. If he could see this in writing he would stop worrying.

I visit my lovely friend at Coopers Croft at least weekly. When I go, without fail, I am greeted with a warm welcome. The facilities at the home are absolutely incredible, and the home is beautifully clean and welcoming. My friend's needs are met, and she is supported by the warm and caring staff through her ups and downs. The staff are always looking for ways to make her feel valued and it really makes a huge difference to her and me. I feel hugely confident that she is so well-loved and cared for. The food is amazing; I chat with all of the residents when I visit, and they all talk very highly about the meals, snacks and the cook. There are so many activities to meet the needs of the different residents, and the community are frequently involved too. All of the staff are so kind and responsive, and the residents, including my friend, have lovely bonds with them. It really is a beautiful, heart-warming place. I am so happy my friend is in the care of Coopers Croft.
