As a family we honestly cannot thank everyone for their kindness, compassion and excellent care of our Mother. Mam is thriving and so very happy, the care and compassion shown towards her is heartwarming for us as a family. The positive culture and obvious Team ethos is tangible, and seeing such happy staff ensures that the residents are also relaxed and feel truly valued. It is an absolute joy to visit Glenburnie Lodge - not only do the residents receive the highest quality of care and treated with dignity, but we as family members also feel extremely welcome, it really is a home from home. Glenburnie Lodge is an excellent Care Home and we feel very fortunate that Mam has found such a lovely place to live.

Thanks for your time this evening and it was good to know both matters I raised are in hand. I also should have added that you have a very engaging and positive team who strive to give the residents the best care and love they can, even after what sometimes must be a long hard working day. The home made dessert of apple pie and bread and butter pudding are a particular treat.

My parents felt at home as soon as they walked through the door. Fantastic staff and care from start to finish.

I wasn't aware that such a place existed. It's permanently changed my view on the care home sector! It's made me consider my own plans, post retirement, even though that is someway off. I could stay here now, it's that nice and that well equipped. In short, I don't think it would be possible to achieve a better standard for a care home, it's wonderful.

I did not rate activities because I did not participate as I have had spinal surgery but the lady seems very enthusiastic. My overall experience has been wonderful, five-star luxury. I think the care has been exemplary.

My mother had the very best support anyone could wish for at Glenburnie Lodge. Every member of the plays their part. They gave love in copious amounts to Mum and all of the family. When days were good and continue now things are clearly dark. We could never have foreseen what end of life would be like and to be honest Glenburnie Lodge has exceeded our expectations. I personally couldn't be more grateful. My mum deserves the best and she got it!

I am delighted with everything, Mum's room is lovely, the whole building is very light and cheery with a beautiful garden which I'm sure will come into its own come spring/summer next year. The most important thing for me is that I feel Mum is in competent hands, all the staff are fabulous, it's a home-from-home situation.

Glenburnie Lodge has taken my relative under their wing and looks after her very well. She is very happy and well looked after and all her needs are being met.

The staff make the place what it is. They are amazing. The place is gorgeous. The food is amazing and the facilities are 5-star. This place is just what my parents need.

I am so happy and relieved that my husband has been able to come to Glenburnie Lodge as it just feels like a welcome home from home. The thought that has been put into everything, dignity and care for patients and family first and foremost. All staff are so caring and thoughtful, my husband has not looked better than he does for a long time. The meals and cake etc are absolutely superb. We are blessed to have found such a caring home/community.

Glenburnie Lodge surpassed all of our expectations. My dad is looked after so well with dignity and expertise. Glenburnie is such a happy and relaxed place, I just loved spending time here with my dad and the staff. The food is incredible and my dad is looking the best he's looked in a while. We cannot fault it here and we are so blessed to have found it for Dad. Thank you.
