What can I say about Hylton Grange other than excellent. The staff make a care home and the staff here, from the management team to the cleaning staff treat the residents with respect, dignity and a caring nature. They are all friendly and supportive to relatives. Aesthetically it's the nicest home I've been in. Lovely surroundings, big rooms, nicely decorated. I'm very choosy when it comes to my husband's care but I never regretted choosing Hylton Grange. Thank you to the manager and the team.

The staff are genuinely friendly and make me feel at ease. I don't have any concerns about leaving my relative in their care. The staff always tell me like it is. I always know what is going on.

Since my daughter has been staying at Hylton Grange she has been given lots of support and encouragement. The staff are all very friendly and approachable which I find very helpful.
