Amazing facilities, lovely atmosphere & ambience. Staff are all super friendly & caring. Management Team accessible & approachable at all times. Communication from the Home is good & relevant. Always looking for ways to improve on an already high standard - will listen to suggestions from relatives. Would definitely recommend Cambridge Grove.

Such a beautiful care home. Mum is very happy here with all the wonderful staff who look after her so well. She enjoys the great outings & in house entertainment & activities, always lots to do. I feel very happy knowing she is so well cared for & have recommended Cambridge Grove to her friends. 5 star care home can not fault.

This was the first time I had been to a care home and not only was I impressed by the kindness of the staff. I was also impressed by the kindness of the staff. I was also impressed by the design of the home, the decor and the architecture. The home provides that perfect basis for many activities, none of which are forced on the clients. All in all a wise choice for a residential or respite stay.

My mother is extremely happy in this care home. The quality of the home is equal to a 5 star hotel. The staff are delightful.

My father came for respite care after a stay in hospital. He was looked after with care and kindness by all members of the staff. The facilities were excellent, food was good. I would happily recommend Cambridge Grove Care Home to friends and family should respite care or indeed, a care home be needed. I felt reassured when I left him after visits that he was in a safe and caring place.

From entering Cambridge Grove Care Home when we came to visit to look around, we were struck at how beautiful the Grove smelt and how clean it was. The staff are fantastic and my mum's welcome on her arrival day was overwhelming and made mum feel very special - something that is so important. Overall the grove and staff are excellent, amazing.

Obviously a new facility, so buildings etc are excellent but staff are also excellent. Very supportive and caring. Would highly recommend.

My mother spent two weeks in Cambridge Grove for respite care after a hospital stay. The whole experience from start to finish for us as a family was very positive despite the inevitably emotional circumstances. The team were responsive, kind and welcoming. They supported our family as we reviewed the options and they were attentive to our mother's needs and preferences. The staff work hard to ensure that residents are given opportunities to socialise and the quality of care was good. Excellent record keeping meant we were kept well informed of our mother's progress. At the end of the two weeks, mum was well enough to return home but we would not hesitate to reconsider the Cambridge Grove for future stays - either for respite or permanent residence.

My father in law moved into Cambridge Grove Care Home in October 2024 following a stay in hospital due to acute delirium. He has early stage Alzheimer's. We chose Cambridge Grove after visiting a few homes in the area and it was a great decision. The staff are excellent, both the managerial and front of house staff, to the carers, and to the cooks and other staff. The manager, a trained nurse, is excellent, as are all his key staff. The whole team are happy and engaged, which makes the place feel welcoming. Visiting the home, you see residents busy either doing a scheduled activity or talking to each other, visitors, or staff. Meals are good, we've eaten there a few times ourselves. Facilities are new, it was built under the manager's supervision a year ago. It's furnished like a luxury hotel. We're moving my father in law back to his home, and the team have supported this goal strongly. The fact he knows he can go back is giving him confidence to try moving home.

Since my sister moved to Cambridge Grove Care Home recently my wife and I have visited her twice and have been very impressed with the care home. The staff are very caring and friendly and have always been very helpful. The home itself is very well appointed with all mod-cons and residents with various mobility issues are well catered for. In all, a lovely home. I wouldn't mind living there myself!

My mother's care has been excellent since moving in Cambridge Grove. The staff are so caring and attentive to my mother's needs and I am satisfied that all his needs are met. Regular care reviews are carried out with the home manager and all areas raised are attended to. The residents are encouraged to take park in the activities and it has resulted in my mother being stimulated mentally. She is also encouraged to mobilise and it has improved her mobility. A big well done to all.

Lovely atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and very competent. Nothing is too much trouble. Very welcoming from the moment you enter. Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor and the rooms are spacious, well maintained, with everything you want in them. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect.

Cambridge Grove is a beautiful and friendly home. All of the homemakers are very positive, kind people who really make the service users feel safe, comfortable and at home. Activities provided are of a wide variety and always engaging for everyone. All of the events at Cambridge Grove have been great fun and enjoyed by everyone.

My parents have been staying with you as Residentials for 9 weeks. We are completely elated with all the amazing support and care they have had. All the staff go above and beyond to help in any situation and are always there to hold their hand in times of need and reassurance. Such a beautiful care home and experience. I cannot fault them and I thank each and every one of you for making my parent's lives happy and supported. Thank you.

The level of care and compassion my parents have received since moving to Cambridge Grove Care Home has been exemplary. They are treated as individuals and supported of understanding and they are valued beyond their conditions. The facilities and environment are of an exceedingly high quality - like a lovely, luxury hotel and there are many engaging activities to take part in. The homemakers feel like family. I'm so relieved to have found this home!

Extremely friendly and caring staff. Beautiful accommodation and grounds. Lots of fun activities for the residents to participate in. Delicious and plentiful food. A great place to stay for residents which allows family peace of mind.
