My mother was settled in well after living independently until she was 90 years old. The care home staff have been loving and welcoming and have helped settle her in. Particular praise should be given to the events coordinator and the lady who oversees meals and drinks. The home is clean and the rooms are lovely, with an outdoor space. Just what my mum needed. Monthly fees change which makes managing challenging.

Moving our mother to Peverel Green was the best decision we made. The staff understand our mother and care for her accordingly. The food is excellent, and she really enjoys the roasts! She doesn't always take in the choices placed before her, so the staff have provided a pictorial menu, but she loves mushrooms, onions, and garlic the chef has been adding there. I have chosen to tick the boxes as excellent because Peverel Green is very good across the board of care.

An excellent place to be when life is coming to an end, exceptionally clean, extremely modern, lovely decor, great staff who are very friendly and committed to their work. All very relaxing and professionally organised, well done to all the managers and staff. Patients well cared for with 5-star hotel meals.

It was a difficult decision to move my Mother to a care home but I am so glad we chose Peverel Green. It is a beautiful purpose-built home but it is the people that count and all the staff, whatever their roles, were excellent. Mother was treated with such kindness, dignity, respect, and professionalism. In her final days, this was extended to us as a family. They looked after us so well and with compassion. Thank you.

My father spent the last two months of his life at Peverel Green and was treated with great kindness, care and respect. All the staff were amazing and felt more like friends than carers. He was incredibly well looked after and the attention to his needs was second to none. The chef/cook spent a great deal of time preparing specific meals for him, especially when eating became difficult. I cannot fault the overall experience and just wish he'd had longer with you.

Since my mum has been at Peverel Green, I have been very happy with her care. They have also made me feel like I'm part of Peverel Green family. There is always someone to talk to and reassure me, even a shoulder to cry on!

The staff at Peverel Green are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have made a very difficult time that bit easier for our family. I cannot praise them highly enough! The facilities are excellent and my mum enjoyed all meals. The home is spotless, bright and very welcoming. Overall, a fantastic care home. Thank you all.

I have been very impressed with the care and quality of support that has been provided to my mother over the past six weeks. From the management team to the care workers, everyone has been extremely kind and attentive. This is evident in the strong relationship they have formed with my mother in a short period of time. The atmosphere at Peverel Green is welcoming and friendly, which makes it a reassuring place for families to entrust the care of their loved ones.

I stayed for respite, this was my second stay and I would happily stay again if I needed to. The food is very good and the carers are so nice. My room is really nice.

My father was only at Peverel Green for an hour but the care he received from the staff was amazing. The ladies were so attentive after he arrived from the hospital and I am just sad we didn't get him there sooner. The ladies at Peverel Green are fabulous, amazing, wonderful people and I would not hesitate in recommending this care home.

Although my Dad only spent a very short time at Peverel Green, the care he received there was second to none! The carers and nurses looked after him superbly and the other staff were super friendly and comforting to myself and my sister. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home and only wish that our Dad could have spent more time there under their excellent care.

From the day Dad transferred from Manchester to Essex, there was a huge sense of relief. The family have felt so welcomed including my mum who visits most days. My dad is looked after impeccably. He is a complex patient due to challenging health needs. He loves the food which is always amazing with lots of choices! The garden is a lovely addition to the home.

As a daughter-in-law, I couldn't have been more relieved by my mother-in-law's exceptional care at Peverel Green Care Home. When her dementia posed challenges, the manager stepped in with compassion and expertise, keeping us informed every step of the way. The staff's dedication, led by one member of staff in particular, was evident in every interaction, providing comfort and support beyond measure. The facilities surpassed our expectations, offering not just comfort but also a sense of home. I wholeheartedly recommend Peverel Green to anyone seeking compassionate care for their loved ones.

Peverel Green Care Home provided an exceptional experience for my parents during their respite stay. The staff's level of care was outstanding, with the team showing unparalleled dedication, especially in supporting my mother through her advancing dementia. The facilities are second to none, with spacious, comfortable rooms and beautifully maintained grounds. Overall, Peverel Green is more than just a care facility filled with warmth, compassion, and genuine dedication to enriching residents' lives. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional care for their loved ones.

I moved my father recently into Peveral Green after this dementia deteriorated and he needed additional support. After viewing a few properties, it was clear Peveral Green was the best and most suitable place for him. He has been there now 6 weeks and we are already seeing significant improvements in his general health. The whole team are all very caring and friendly, they all go out of their way for the residents as well as supporting residents' families. The facilities and services offered are exceptional, as too are the staff's attention to detail and willingness to help him in any way they can, whilst encouraging him to participate in activities and fully supporting him with eating/drinking and personal care. He is now in a safe and caring place which helps put our minds at rest and he has already settled in extremely well. Would definitely recommend Peveral Green to anyone looking for this type of facility.

All of the staff are very friendly and have a caring attitude. They are able to provide a precis of how Mum is doing each day and we are made to feel at home and comfortable when we visit. The food is cooked fresh and is delicious with a varied choice each day. This is making a difference to Mum as it has helped her to gain some weight which makes her stronger. We visited on Easter Sunday and along with other families enjoyed an amazing lunch all together. The staff had all made a real effort to make it nice with Easter decorations and chocolates too. We feel that all of the staff are patient, diligent and caring, making sure that every resident is very well looked after. They are helping Mum with her walking and encouraging her to interact with the other residents. Mum is always clean and well-dressed. The staff are able to answer any questions that we have, whether it is about Mum's care or admin issues and always listen to any concerns sympathetically.
