My sister went into Rowanbrook Care Home in November. She has settled in really well and really loves it there. All the staff at Rowanbrook are friendly and very helpful, they keep our family updated with any concerns or changes that they might have. The lounge area is just the perfect size very homely and not too overwhelming perfect for sitting in small private groups. I would recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for residency as you will be looked after with high standards.

Reception Staff are always polite and professional. Management are proactive and efficient. I can tell that they maintain and expect the highest standards. This is reflected in staff attitude, delivery of care and the support given. Nurses are professional, knowledgeable, caring and are consistent in providing holistic person centred care. This is really important therefore I am reassured. Carers are compassionate and skillful. I can see that they are confident. I therefore commend you on the high standard of training and support they are exposed to. The caterers provide the specialist diet and excellent meals that my sister needs which is excellent. The play coordinator has ensured my sister has stimulating and varied activities daily which she enjoys. The cleaning staff are dedicated and help to provide a pleasant, warm home which we appreciate. Thank you all for taking such good care of our sister.

The nurses were amazing with my grandad. They were very gentle, caring towards his care. I also found that the kitchen staff were extremely polite and had good manners. I would recommend this home to others because their efforts were outstanding.

We moved our son into Rowanbrook Care home 4 months ago. I have purposely waited before submitting a review with our son's move from a previous care home into Rowanbrook. Since the move, I can honestly say that there has been a significant improvement in the appearance and mental well-being of our son. All the staff irrespective of their role or function put the residents first and foremost, with the standard of care and compassion being exemplary.

My daughters and I found ourselves in the very emotional position of having to find a forever home for my wife and my daughter's Mother. At the end of a very long day of visiting a number of care homes, we arrived at RowanBrook. We were met with a very warm welcome, friendly faces but most of all a peaceful homely feeling. Sometimes you don't need words you just feel it. I am sure everyone who has had to face this dilemma with a loved one goes through the full range of emotions and doubt. Again the staff at Rowanbrook were there to help and support. Thank you,

Since my mom has moved into Rowanbrook Care Home the change in my mom's mood and appearance has changed significantly she seems much calmer and communicates with staff/clients around her. We can't thank you all for the love and compassion you have shown my mom in the last two weeks. So thank you all. Love from me and all the family.

I moved my son who has frontal temporal dementia to Rowanbrook Care Home 3 weeks ago from a Care Home that wasn't meeting my son's needs. Since the move, his care and general well-being have improved significantly. All the staff go above and beyond to ensure that all of his needs are met. I feel so much better knowing he's getting the best care he can get and in a surrounding that's pleasing as they treat the clients with dignity and respect. The carers, cooks cleaners, and management put the clients first and foremost.
