Crofton Springs is bright, clean, spacious and calm. The rooms are well appointed. The staff have always welcomed us with warmth. They are responsive and their care of our father is professional, kind and considerate.

We have had a very positive experience meeting the manager and staff of Crofton Springs and settling my father in for respite care with a view to a longer stay. Crofton Springs is bright and light and beautifully appointed with lots of space and very friendly and experienced staff to care for my father and ensure he is safe and comfortable. We are always warmly welcomed when we visit too.

After viewing many and trying a few local care homes, my father in law moved into Crofton Springs in November together with his wife. This care home is on a different level to any of the others. The building is brand new and is beautiful. Bedrooms are the best we have seen and are fully kitted out with everything you could ask for. The staff are brilliant and I am 100% confident that my in-laws are well cared for. The food is top quality. The staff take time to get to know the residents and engage with them in activities. Highly recommended.

My friend joined the Crofton Springs family last month and I have never seen her happier. It can be a big decision, staff made the transition as calm and smooth as possible. All of the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The care is second to none, the food is wonderful, fresh and flavoursome. The activities are relevant and engaging. I haven't seen my friend smile this much in a long time, she just can't stop smiling.
