The staff are always kind and caring of my wife. They are well trained with many certificates of special courses of training. They also visit the residents and will take part in some of the activities. The premises and resident's rooms are always very clean and tidy. All staff seem happy with their work and they usually greet relatives with a smile. The only improvement I would like to see is better care of the grounds and gardens. Reception staff do their best to help with this. My wife has been here for 2 years now. I never would think of moving her somewhere else.

My mother continues to receive good care. Her needs have changed over the time she has been at Tall Trees and they have been well met. My only concerns are staffing, the frequent changing of managers and the difficulty recruiting suitable staff, eg, in housekeeping. I know existing staff often go above and beyond their duties. It seems unfair on them to have to do this so often. They also need all equipment to be in fully working order.

All the staff at Tall Trees are amazing. Every time I visit my aunt I get such a warm welcome from the receptionists right through to the manager. The care staff and nurses are always on hand to answer any questions and the deputy manager always has time to answer any medical questions about my aunty’s health. As a family, we are reassured that my aunt is receiving exceptional care. Thank you to all at Tall Trees.

In a world where there are many horror stories, it's refreshing to visit a care home that has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff are prompt and helpful with any queries as well as being friendly. Residents are all happy too.

Absolutely amazing staff at Tall Trees, who went above and beyond to care for my wonderful mother-in-law through the agonising final stages of life, treating her with dignity and respect. The manager and her team were professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Offering support, advice and guidance, as well as privacy when needed. We could not have asked for more. Thank you, everyone, at Tall Trees.

My mother has enjoyed her stay here since her arrival in September. The staff here are extremely kind and efficient, treating Mum with dignity. Last Sunday afternoon, the manager organised the use of the lounge for our family visit for two adults and a three-year-old great-granddaughter. So pleasant in there, with more room for the little girl and pretty views outside for Mum, and a change of scene for her. Mum really enjoys the trips out that staff have kindly organised to a garden centre etc. The manager goes above and beyond!

My mum is well looked after, the staff are very nice. I cannot thank the staff enough, they cannot do enough for her. Her clothes are ironed and she looks lovely every day.

I visit twice a week at least and have always found Tall Trees to be warm, comfortable and welcoming with professional staff who clearly care about the residents. My mum is always clean and well-fed and obviously happy with the staff and their treatment of her.

Tall Trees has been a lifesaver for my mum, who was unable to live independently any longer. From our first visit, looking around, to Mum moving in, we felt welcome and Muum settled quickly. The home is clean and tidy and the dedication of all the staff, carers, nurses, well-being team etc would be hard/impossible to beat anywhere else. Communication regarding my mum's care and updates is excellent. I simply cannot imagine Mum being anywhere else.

Sadly, I lost my father on 25th August but the support I received on the day was excellent. His passing came on very quickly but a member of staff was with me right until the end and supported me afterwards, showing real compassion and care. Other staff members also gave me excellent support and treated Dad with dignity. Thank you, everyone.

My husband has only been at Tall Trees for a short while. From the moment he arrived, he was welcomed. The staff are very able to cope with all his behaviours, which is wonderful as everyone's Alzheimers is so different. All the staff and managers have been amazing. I feel very safe leaving my husband in your care. I've been able to stop worrying about him. I'm very grateful to everyone at the home.

Absolutely delighted with the care provided by the Tall Trees team. Mum moved in after Christmas, with dementia. Our experience of Tall Trees went beyond all our expectations and Mum improved weekly, to the point it was possible to take her out for lunch. The quality of care and the friendly, helpful team, gave us great confidence that we had made the right decision, however difficult. They genuinely love their residents with birthday cakes and activities in the lounge, they are a great team, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Tall Trees is an amazing care home. My mum was diagnosed with advanced dementia and since she has been in care at Tall Trees she has actually improved. She looks healthier and happier. She has been given the security and care that she needs. As a family, we cannot thank the team enough. They have gone above and beyond. It was a very difficult time as a family and the support offered has made the whole experience more manageable. The care manager is kind, caring and professional. Thank you Tall Trees for all you have done!

The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very caring and so happy. The food is plentiful and very nice. The grounds are pretty, especially on a sunny day. My experience has been very positive and once again, the staff are so fabulous.

My father was transferred to Tall Tress after being in hospital, and we have been extremely pleased with the care he has received so far. The staff, from reception through to the cleaning ladies, have been both friendly and helpful. The surroundings are very picturesque, and the home itself is a lovely place to visit. The ladies on reception that we first met were very kind and a pleasure to deal with.
