The staff have been fantastic with my mam. Three members of staff in particular look after my mam very well and always ensure her room and my mam are kept clean. I'm always reassured when they are working. Another member of staff did the same but she hasn't been upstairs recently. Many other carers support with her care also. We are always made to feel welcome when we are in the home. I can't comment on previous management but more recently the home was very approachable.

After nearly 2 years of my mother being at Hartford Court Care Home, I feel she is at home and staff know her really well. We always feel welcome and able to speak with staff about any concerns. Staff also share details of her day and share experiences she has had.

Mum has been part of Hartford Court Care Home family for 8 months now. She is obviously loved and called for by all members of the team, whatever their role. The environment is beautiful, clean and well maintained, providing a real home from home. Care is always taken to support mum's physical and emotional well being and it is clear that much thought and effort goes into enriching the life of each individual. The activities offered are quite outstanding with something for everyone, and encouragement to join in as much as possible. I also benefit from the friendship and support offered by the wonderful Hartford Court team, I am so thankful for all they do for mum and for me, during this challenging season of life.

Hartford Court Care Home went above and beyond to support my dad so he could see a football match. There were plenty of photos and videos taken, which I was asked beforehand to do by a staff member who took him. My dad came back full of life and was pleased with the win. I couldn't recommend the staff anymore than I already do.

On arriving for a visit, residents were in the foyer for a Halloween party. Staff were dressed up for the occasion. The atmosphere was amazing and all were joining in. The entertainment was good and my sister thoroughly enjoyed singing and dancing. A great afternoon was held by all.

The daunting experience of a family member going into care has been greatly alleviated by the kindness and consideration shown to all of us. On visiting the home we are always greeted cheerfully by any member of staff we encounter. The accommodation is attractive, light and spacious. Seating arrangements in the lounges are varied and there is seating at the end of corridors. This enables independence and element of choice for more mobile residents within the confines of the strict security arrangements. We feel an enormous relief because of the exemplary care, respect and kindness shown to all the residents.

Always found the staff very helpful. The home is always clean and mum's room is always kept tidy. Food excellent. Care excellent.

My mother has lived in this care home for four months now and is very happy living here. The staff are second to none and the daily activities are brilliant. She has settled very well and the staff are lovely with her and encourage he to join in, she has made lots of friends and we couldn't be happier with everything. Highly recommend this care home. Thank you to everyone.

I was taken into hospital on Christmas Eve 2023. I have suffered a heart attack, fluid on my lungs, and kidney problems. When I came out it was obvious I couldn't live alone and care for myself. My 2 children wanted the best for me and they found it. My daughter wanted a real home where I would thrive. I have only been here 2 1/2 weeks but I love it. I have everything I need in my room with some of my own furniture, pictures and books and a lovely view although shops etc are not far. The food is very good and adapted as needed. The carers are wonderful and very loving. Money is not the centre, you are, whatever you need to be happy.

My dad stayed in Hartford Court Care Home for 2 weeks of respite. On leaving he expressed how much he has enjoyed his stay and strongly felt he'd like to become a permanent resident. Dad was treated with dignity and respect. The staff team were attentive, helpful and friendly and provided good person-centred care. As a family, we were reassured that Dad was being cared for in safe kind and caring hands. Thank you to the whole team.

I enjoyed my rest spite at Hartford Court Care Home. Found the staff very helpful, observant, friendly and caring. I would not hesitate to stay at Hartford Court again, a faultless service. I was highly satisfied.

This home is always lovely and clean (it doesn't smell like a home) a fresh smelling. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Nothing is a bother, I'm very pleased I chose this home, Hartford Court as it was luck that I called in. Excellent service and staff very patient with their clients.

Mum has been a resident in Hartford Court for four months with her care being first class for that time. The staff have, without exception, been professional, caring, friendly and wonderfully understanding during that time. Mum can quickly become depressed and it is lovely to see carers of all ages doing everything they can to prevent this, normally through conversation or the use of activities taking place within the care home. Thank you!
