I am happy to say that my mother has had excellent care here in the last 10 months of her life. The staff have always been helpful, caring and supportive and I have been very content with how she has been looked after.

Since my stay here, staff are polite and very helpful all the time. I got to know them very well. I feel safe and secure. I am happy with my room and TV. Enjoying activities - painting - very good colours.

My mother is very happy at Carlton Court Care Home. She is well cared for and all her medical and social/emotional needs met. She is kept busy with lots of fun and stimulating activities. I am always welcome to visit and take part in activities. If there are any concerns about my mum's health I am always contacted.

My mum continues to thrive at Carlton Court Care Home. She is surrounded by fantastic staff who all contribute to her well being and happiness. The home is full of love and kindness.

The service and care since we first moved her in has been amazing. The staff are always trying to keep her occupied and distracted. The home itself is beautiful and staff are extremely professional.

We are new residents of 3 months. My mother has settled in nicely. The staff and management have been very helpful - I am very happy we chose Carlton Court - Thank you for your continuous care.

My grandad loves his new life at Carlton Court Care Home. He gets on so well with the team and they all adore him. The home has great amenities, they even have a spa room! The business manager was so welcoming to us when we enquired, it was such a difficult time for us as a family but he made it so easy for us. If I could give 6 stars to Carlton Court, I would.

Mum has recently been admitted to Carlton Court Care Home. She was so anxious, but the lovely business development manager really took so much time to reassure her. The whole team have been fab. They have made it so easy for us as a family to relax and not worry so much about mum. The care home looks like a hotel, we are unable to fault it at all. Thank you Carlton Court.

My husband had been cared for at Carlton Court as a respite resident. The outstanding team of nurses and carers managed his multiple health issues on top of his dementia. They provided nursing and residential care of the highest quality. In a very short period of time, he was settled and protected. My husband enjoyed the fantastic and creative activities and the high quality of nutrition that was delivered to him and he regained his strength. The high standard of amenities and the surroundings are very pleasant and relaxes the mind. Superb, outstanding, high quality, and overall exceptional care was delivered to my husband. I Extremely and highly recommend Carlton Court.

I have found everyone to be so caring and kind. It seems a very friendly home and they deal with my husband's difficult behaviour with a smile on their faces. It must be very challenging. But he seems to be settling and calming down.
